Poor sanitation, passive-aggressive waiters, mediocre food, and an incredible view.

We came here for breakfast. No one greeted us at the door. Later, the host came by and said we couldn’t have a dog with us and that he should be in a dog crate. He told us to wait and gave us the dog crate. Later, we sat down to an incredible view (the only good thing about this place). We ordered breakfast. There were 4 of us, and we weren’t very hungry, but the waiter left us no choice but to order a 3-person breakfast instead of 2. In every place, unlimited tea is included in the breakfast. Here is the strange part: despite the fact that the breakfast for 3 people includes unlimited tea, he said that for the 4th person, they will charge 45 lira 3 times, which makes 135 lira extra. And they will monitor how much the 4th person will drink. We had no choice but to agree so we can finally have our breakfast.

The breakfast arrived, and the thick slice of sujuk (sausage) was raw inside (it's never supposed to be raw). The egg and tomato dish was enough only for two. We told the waiter about it, and then he told us (in a humiliating tone), "I can tell them to add one more scoop." We called the manager and told him about the raw, low-quality food and the fact that they charge a lot for the poorly made food.

Regarding the poor sanitation: There was a woman on the floor (for show and display purposes) making some food with dough and meat. The restaurant doesn't realize that people who pass right by her raise dust from the floor that lands on the...

Although everyone recommended it, and the view and the location is very nice indeed, but it‘s not clean!! First, the dishes were not clean so we asked them to replace them, which is ok, it can happen anywhere. Then we got the food, I saw some hairs here and there, first time I ignored it, second time as well but then I was looking at the salad and there was a worm! I couldn’t ignore that and then we told them, first they claimed it was cheese but then they saw it moving! Then their response was “it’s only one” and I was like what are you suggesting that I should eat it? Isn’t one enough!!! So they got angry and just took the salad and everybody stopped eating! They didn’t even apologize!! It was the worst to be honest I didn’t expect that! The least they could do was apologize! I don’t recommend it! Restaurant is situated on the patio with nice view on Bosphorus and Golden Horn, that makes it a good place for taking pictures with panoramic view. But this restaurant has some serious disadvantages. First, they don't have any air conditioning or fans, it was very hot to sit there. Then, they offer hookahs but don't have dedicated non-smoking area. Third, meat dishes are quite mediocre. Also service is slow. We ordered desert, crepe with banana and chocolate sauce. They served tea first and then desert with 30 minutes delay. Nobody tried to smooth this strange serving experience. Overall, would recommend this restaurant if you just want to take some pictures with glass of something non-alcoholic (they don't serve alcohol).
