Pros: The location is excellent. It's 2min away from the tram station. Very close to many different restaurants. Also in walking distance to many of the attractions, such as the grand bazaar.
Breakfast was good. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Cleaning service was done every day and the new bed sheets and towels were given every day.
Very reasonable pricing.
Cons:
I stayed in the single room, so your situation may be different.
First this that I found poor about my room is the noise levels. I could hear everytime someone in the hotel flushed the toilet or took a shower, and it was surprisingly loud. I think the pipes ran very close to the walls. My room was also close to the main lobby, and I could hear many noises coming from there throughout my stay. I ended up resorting to earplugs when sleeping.
Secondly, the shower leaked water onto the floor in the bathroom. So everytime I took a shower, I had to be careful not to slip, as there was a lot of water on the floor. Thankfully, I was given a lot of towels which helped the situation.
Lastly, on my last day, someone walked into my room at 8am while I was still sleeping?!!! I don't know if it was the cleaning lady, but if so I'd be surprised because they usually knocked before and they came after 11am. That situation creeped...
Read moreWe had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and perfect for me and my family, only about a 5-minute walk (300–400 meters) to the Beyazit tram station. After the evening the area becomes very quiet since the nearby shops close, which made it great for peaceful nights and good sleep. The price was extremely reasonable, and I found the hotel to be very family-friendly as most of the guests were families as well, so I highly recommend it if you are traveling with children. Our room was comfortable and well-furnished with new beds, furniture, lighting, and very clean bathrooms. Housekeeping did a great job every day, keeping everything tidy. We are a family of four (two kids, 10 and 6 years old), and the room was spacious and comfortable with a very good air conditioning system. The staff were very kind, helpful, and quick to respond – for example, they provided us with an iron several times without delay. Breakfast was simple but quite good considering the price. In addition to all these advantages, the hotel is also very close to the Beyazit food street, where you can find many nice restaurants and cafés to enjoy. Overall, this hotel gave us everything we needed, and I would definitely choose it again for my next trip...
Read moreIt was a terrible place to stay with my friends , after i book with them more expensive than the website because i thought it will be more in details if i recommended anything from them but it was the worst decision ever.||First, i booked for a single room which was number 101 like a jail indeed no windows no tv works poor internet signal and bugs in the toilet, when i asked to change it it was awful they refused impolitely. There was two guys Hussain and Aziz and one young guy i don’t know his name their were the worst receptionists ever with countless of lies like ( we are fully booked , tomorrow we will change your room or even putting a clean towels) the electric was cutting frequently, breakfast was cheese eggs and hotdogs with two kind of fruits only.||Asking something from those people always coming with paying extra money always like a taxi which is costing 400 TL but they asked 600 TL !!! Everything you need to pay cash not credit card to take the benefits of it.||Just be careful and don’t waste your money there and for the information no taxi or car can enter this place so you need to walk further to catch a taxi from the street.||If there is below a one star definitely i will choose it.||Bad experience with...
