Casa Margot Hotel — Hotel in Fethiye

This is one of the best hotels in Fethiye. I come here often and I do see the improvements of this hotel every year.

The restaurant : The food was very good and I suggested last time to add some cocktails on the menu and it was so nice to see that the cocktail list is very large now and I didn’t had one but they looked amazing!

ROOMS ARE PERFECT. Dark when sleeping and very light during the day. Very big and shower is one of the best I ever had. Beds are extremely comfortable. And the mini bar serves good wine (full bottles which is so nice in stead of the small ones) and with huge wine glasses which is also very rare and nice. They also provide free coffee of good quality, which makes it amazing waking up with a coffee on your terrace of the room. They also have a fancy water boiler.

THE VIEW in this hotel is probably the best you can get in Fethiye and makes it all the worth to stay in this hotel as much as you can. I stayed at the king suit this time so really I know fethiye very well and there are almost no better views on the marina then this one!

Pool and sauna are beautiful and so many towels provided at all time. Sauna is spacious and smells so good and is located amazing.

STAFF is so friendly and open to learn at all time. Especially the lady working at the breakfast was so sweet and tried her best at all time. A special heads up for her. Same goes for the other staff in the restaurant. I just had an issue with a man in the early morning with checking-in. He was not open to make a middle way in a misunderstanding but I am really sure that if the nice lady at the check-in normally would have been there, nothing like that would have happened.

The price-quality is very good. I have stayed in yacht classic, yacht bohème, unique hotel. And really they are all nice hotels but they really over exaggerate in price. This hotel has a decent price for what they offer and it has even a better view than all others around. (If you find the view important like me).

All unnecessary comments I read before like ‘the toilet flush doesn’t work good’ is just really people looking for things to be negative. Just press a little harder and all is fine. Not worth to write anything bad about the hotel. The cleaning staff is very nice as well and greet you with a small always.

Casa Margot otel ile rezervasyonumdan 3.5 ay önce telefon ile görüştüm. Düğünümüz için hazırlanma çekimi olacağını ek birşey gerekip gerekmediğini sordum. Görevli personel, ek birşey gerekmediğini telefondan ya da uygulamadan rezervasyon yapabileceğimi, düğünden önce kendilerine çekim olacağını hatırlatmamızın yeterli olacağını söyledi ve ben de bu şekilde Deniz manzaralı jakuzili deluxe oda için rezervasyonumu yaptım. Düğünden bir gün önce casa Margot oteli durumu hatırlatmak için aradığımda tarafımdan bu çekim için ek 7500 tl talep ettiler. Kendilerine bana böyle birşey söylemediğini durumun bu şekilde olduğunu anlattığımda konuştuğum personelin artık onlarla çalışmadığı gibi anlamsız bir sebep sundular. Çalışanın şu an aktif çalışıp çalışmamasının önemli olmadığını 3.5 ay önce yapılan rezervasyon ve konuşmanın bağlayıcı olduğunu söylediğimde konu tartışmaya dönüştü ve düğünümden 1 gün önce telefonda 10 dk lık bir tartışma yaşadık. Sonrasında kendilerini mahkemeye ve tüketici heyetine şikayet edeceğimi ve ilgili platformlarda olumsuz yorum yazacağımı belirttim ve sonrasında odada çekim için izin verme konusunda geri adım attılar. Yine de daha önce konuşulan ve fotoğrafçımın diğer çiftlerde defalarca yaptığı ortak alanda çekime hiç bir şekilde izin vermediler ki ortak alanda o sırada başka müşteri de bulunmuyordu. Ek olarak check in’den sonra odaya 1 saat için 1 tane bar sandalyesi rica ettik o sırada bomboş olan restoranda yeterli bar sandalyesi yok denerek tarafımıza hiç bir şekilde yardımcı olunmayıp zorluk çıkardılar. Bu otel gibi söylenilen sözlerin arkasında durmayan , kendi personelinin söylediklerinden kendini mesul tutmayan, düğün çiftlerine bile binbir türlü zorluk çıkaran bir işletmeye rezervasyon yaparak tatilinizi hiç bir şekilde riske atmayın!

I contacted Casa Margot hotel by phone 3.5 months before my reservation. Since it was going to be a preparation shoot for our wedding, I asked if anything additional was needed. The staff on duty said that there was no need for anything additional, I could make a reservation from the phone or the application, it would be enough to remind them that there would be a shooting before the wedding, and that's how I made my reservation for a deluxe room with sea view and jacuzzi. When I called Casa Margot hotel the day before the wedding to remind them of the situation, they demanded an additional 7500 TL for this shoot. When I told them that they did not tell me such a thing and that the situation was like this, they gave a meaningless reason such as the staff I talked to was no longer working with them. When I said that it did not matter whether the employee was currently working actively or not and that the reservation and conversation made 3.5 months ago was binding, the issue turned into an argument and we had a 10-minute discussion on the phone 1 day before my wedding. Afterwards, I stated that I would complain to the court and the consumer committee and write a negative comment on the relevant platforms, and then they took a step back in granting permission to shoot in the room. However, as discussed before and which my photographer had done many times with other couples, they did not allow shooting in the common area at all, and there were no other customers in the common area at that time. Additionally, after check-in, we asked for 1 bar chair in the room for 1 hour, and they did not help us at all and caused difficulties, saying that there were not enough bar chairs in the restaurant, which was empty at that time. Do not risk your holiday in any way by booking a hotel like this hotel, which does not stand behind its promises, does not hold itself responsible for what its own staff say, and creates all kinds of difficulties even for...

My partner and I really enjoyed our impromptu stay at Casa Margot. The staff (female) on for the duration of our stay was very friendly and helpful, we had an issue with a light in the room and she was attentive to finding a solution and did offer an alternative room but we were happy with our room anyway. We stayed in 204, it was a perfect "classic" room, we had a shared balcony but that didn't bother us. The hotel is hygienic and clean. We loved the sauna, steam room and pool which again was hygienic and such a welcomed relaxing area for us. I absolutely love the decor as well.

We stayed on a Saturday and there was a private event being held at the rooftop bar, the music was really loud with bass we couldn't hear people. Just feel the bass and we did ask if they could turn it down, again, the lady was hospitable and spoke with rooftop manager and by 11:30 p.m. we couldn't hear any bass. I think for a hotel advertised as a quiet retreat, the rooftop bar should probably stick to jazz or similar music to keep the same Vibe. We also wanted to get a drink before the private event but they weren't very welcoming up there. Obviously they are a separate entity to the hotel but it does reflect on the overall...
