Good room: The room is clean, big, comfortable and the it’s cheap. Has electric kettle, hairdryer, blankets, air conditioning, TV and a balcony. Poor breakfast: There was only tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, one type of cheese, stale bread and some artificial jelly. There was not even water, coffee or eggs. Rude staff: The night receptionist laugh of me when I said “English please” and answered with “Turkish please”. Eğer buraya hafta sonu için gidecekseniz mutlaka okuyun, kesinlikle profosyonel otelciler değiller ben çok önceden direk oteli arayıp kendal beye 2 günlük (cuma ve cumartesi ) rezervasyon yaptırdım, kapora ödiyeyim dedim gerek yok gelince ödersiniz dendi, gezimize mardinden başladık ve diyarbakıra gelmemize 2 gün kala bir otel görevlisi arayıp kendal beyin yanlışlıkla fazla rezervasyon yaptığını o yüzden rezervasyonun iptal edildiğini söyledi ben bunda benim bir hatam olmadığını ama mağdur olanın ben olduğumu söyledim ama adeta biz iptal ettik ne haliniz varsa görün rahatlığında konuştular başka yerimiz yok dediler, belliki hafta sonu yoğun olunca gelip fazla ücret teklif eden birilerine bizim odayı sattılar, benimde elimde bir belge olmadığı için bir ispatta bulunamadım ama hemen peşine ets turun sitesine girince boş oda olduğunu gördüm ve satın aldım, tabiki ets den alınca iptal edemediler ama otele gittiğimizde odamız yok o yüzden size suit odayı vericez fark almıycaz dediler, benim için suit oda veya normal oda önemli değil çünkü geziyoruz ve odayı sadece uyumak ve duş almak için kullanıyoruz, fakat gece olunca farkettikki oda suit olsada yatağı 3 yıl önce çöpe atılması gereken bir yatak gibi anormal derecede gıcırdıyor ve her hareket ettiğimde yatağın kenarına doğru yuvarlanıyorum, yani berbat ötesi bir yataktı, allahtan odada birde koltuk vardı ben koltukta yattım, görevliye durumu anlatıyorum haddinden fazla bir ilgisizlikle başka oda yok diyor ben oda istemiyorum yatağı değiştirin dediğimde yatakta yok diyor, yani buraya hafta sonu giderseniz aman dikkat paranızla rezil olursunuz, otelin konumu merkezi, her yere yakın ama otelcilikle alakaları yok, iki gün sonunda urfaya geçtikte rahat...
