The service was amazing the employees were really nice and super kind in the hotel they made us the reservations to go every place that we were interested in. The food was really good specially the breakfast they had the best bread that I ever taste in my life. I have to give an special shout out to Mustafa, Huseyin and Esma because they make us feel like we were home, they were super nice and they really play attention to the small details. During my son’s birthday they surprise us with a beautiful cake with candles, they sing happy birthday for him and I can tell my that make my son really happy. This place truly is a hidden gem within Cappadocia. We were fortunate enough to stay here in August for one night, although I wish it were longer, during our tour of Cappadocia. Ali is a humble and gracious host who catered to all our needs and even arranged transport back to our group in the morning. The food is simple yet authentic, a real taste of the local cuisine. All in all we were very impressed and would definitely visit again for longer.

The servis is good and the people are very helpful. They connect you with tours and baloon rides. They also give out a lot of information on what to see and are generally very friendly. The room was clean and since its a cave it naturally has a air conditioner making it cool. The bathroom had a huge bath tub with bubbles. It is realativly new i think. The only thing that it it needs for 5 stars is more quality of life equipment like some more chairs and tables in the room or a step up to the bathtub or similar...
