Key to the Sea Parasailing and Boat Charters — Local services in Providenciales

My wife and I were staying in Turtle Cove March /April 2022 and were looking for a reputable parasaling company. I called Captain Miguel in the morning and asked if we could schedule a pickup right on the beach by Smith's Reef and sure enough at the time we had discussed Miguel and Sammy showed up. They were friendly, professional, and most importantly made us feel safe and at ease. Price was on par with most companies and overall very fair ($75 a person). Miguel even got some great pictures and videos of the experience on my wife's phone. I would highly recommend this company and this experience to anyone looking to do something fun, possibly out of their comfort zone, and especially if they want to get breathtaking aerial views of the water and coastline. I had an amazing first time parasailing experience with key to the sea. Just to put the experience into perspective, I should mention that even though I do not have any fear of heights, I am not at all fond of roller coasters...but there was no sudden drops, swift turns or jerky motions at all. Cliff and Ryan managed the parasailing expertly, did not rush me and were very friendly and informative. My husband and child accompanied me on the boat, even though they were not taking the ride. It's smooth way up, breathtaking views of the bay for 15 minutes and a very smooth way down with a chance to splash a little in the water. It was a beautiful...almost zen experience. Terrible customer service the website told us to be at one site to pick us up even though we called several times to ask if we can just drive their cause we had a rental car showed up to the meeting point at 12:55pm as it stated us to only for no one to be their called and they told us to meet them at the beach instead when we got their no one was their waited an additional 20 minutes for them to show up only for them to have us in the air for only 15 minutes told them that is not how long the reservation said and Instead of them making it an good experience afterwards had they manager call me to try to argue with me and not apologize for anything so don't spend money with them if this is how they treat...
