Some good points: -The bed was quite comfortable and big -close to the city center -the furniture are rather good because the hotel is new. Though the unpleasant moments were more.
-We had the room on 3rd floor with attic window which was very VERY small, maybe 10 or 12m2. You’re expecting to see some better design with the normal window and not like this. In fact, you have no window. You need to say about the ATTIC rooms on booking at least, so the guest could choose. -There’s no parking place at the hotel and the receptionist or any other person had no willing or interest to help you with this. I was asking about the parking before the arrival on email but didn’t get any answer. -Also, the receptionist could be more pleasant when she’s welcoming guests. Felt like we were students in some hostel but totally not 4star hotel. -The wardrobe are rather small. Maybe for 1 or 2 nights it’s ok but not more. Because of the room size, there’s no place for 2 big suitcases. -There’s no kettle in the room. -only 3 options for breakfast not buffet. Sad -The price for room are rather high. There’s no reason to pay for such experience. You could find way better hotels in Lviv. I don’t get why it has so many positive reviews providing not the best options for such money. Not ready to stay here again.
For some reason, my rate of 5 out of 10 was somehow changed to 8 on booking com.
Little update: they answer my question regarding the parking in 1 year...
Read moreReally great hotel in the center of the city. It is very close to Potocki Palace, Adam Mickiewicz statue and many great shops and restaurants. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice. We even had a bit of a mishap and the cleaning ladies were nice enough to clean up. My friend had a stomach bug. To be honest, the breakfast was not the best and there’s not many places to sit. Average at best. I recommend Cukor Black or Baczewski for breakfast, but there’s a long wait and breakfast is from 8-11. We were told to be there by 7:30 to start getting in line. Overall our we had a very pleasant stay and have no complains. One thing to be aware they have this really nice atrium on the first floor where you can sit down, chat and have a coffee. Nice big open green space. Everything from the hotel is walking distance and the city is quite small. Need need to use public transport and you easily find your way around after the first day. Avoid the restaurants at the square as they can be expansive and not that good. I recommend Kriva Lipa street...
Read moreFirst of all - no idea what the person below is on about ' please go if you don't speak Russian ' - I am English and had no problems whatsoever, the staff were nice, that review is an absolute disgrace.||||Great location, helpful staff, good choice of food for breakfast, had a really happy stay at this hotel albeit sadly for just one night.||||The bedroom was of a good size, clean, good shower and very tidy.||||The only small problem we did have, was dealt with quickly by reception. Original room was next to the terrace - our window you could see the terrace. Wondered whether to stay in room ( loads of chairs there so potentially people using the facility up at night ) and got parnter to go to do a quick sound check to see potential problems. Glad we did that and very very happy we moved room - needs rectifying regarding sound for other guests as this could cause a huge sleep issue in my view.||||Moved to the other side, and no dramas at all. A fantastic bed, new room great, very...
