HOTEL10 — Hotel in Lviv Urban Hromada

I would love to give more stars to the hotel, because it is nicely furnished, it is located in the dead center of the city, it is airconditioned, it has a good WI-FI connection, and it has an excellent nice helpful staff. But…… Before being warmly welcomed by them, you have to climb four floors on an unattractive staircase, which may be a rather exhausting experience for those with heavy suitcases, baby carriages or for older guests. |We were settled in an attic room, in which a skylight was placed right above our bed so that we could see the next-door building. We did not care about seeing the building – the problem is that once you switch on the light in the night, people from the building can watch you through the skylight like on a TV screen. The window has no shades, blinds or curtains, which brings yet another trouble in the morning (especially in the summer) with the sun shinning to your room. Even though there was some space beside the bed there was no nightstand or lamp.|The breakfast was modest which may be a drawback once you decide to spend more days in the hotel. On the other hand, guests have an access to free coffee and tea throughout their stay. However, we will probably give chance to another hotel once we come...

We payed this Hotel 800 euros on january 2020 for 2 rooms . 3rd of august till 11th of august. On may we contacted the hotel through booking asking the hotel if we can cancel and get our money back due to the covid 19 crisis and due to the flight restrictions cyprus has until this very day with Ukraine .the hotel answered us back through booking to cancel the reservations and that they would return our money back .For 2,5 months they didnt answer booking or me when they will make the refund back .they did not answer phones,msgs ,emails,viber or whats up. today 22 of july they answered through booking that they will not give us our money back .They are liars and cheaters.we didnt cancel for some reason,we canceled 4 months ago due to the virus situations and the hotel told us to cancel so they would make the refund which they lied about.i have attached a pic so you can see they were...

Excellent Hotel, I was not expecting such a fabulous room and wonderful location! Can't be beaten for price/quality, the location was fabulous on the city wall ...and my room had fantastic view of church and town hall towers. My room and bathroom were huge, modern and beautiful. The staff were fantastic. The breakfast was great - cheese, bacon, salads, yogurts, cakes biscuits.... and a delicious freshly ground coffee machine at guests' use 24hrs a day. Amazing, not least to say the price was also the cheapest I saw in Lviv. THANKYOU for making my stay in your city...
