Glory Cafe — Restaurant in Lviv Urban Hromada

This is re-branded Russian network "Gloria Jeans". The restaurant mostly specialises on drinks and desserts though there is also some choice of burgers, salads and other minor meals. Іnterior is nicely decorated (each hall with its own design). There is a playground area for children and it is possible to spend some time with own laptop. It used to be a very good coffe here (did not order it for quite some time). They also serve turkish tea. Ordered a cappucchino and a slice of cake, was charged 100.00 exactly over the regular price with a preprinted ticket and was on top 100.00 short changed. Had to involve the manager in order to have it sorted. Similar happened also in the Konditorei and another location. I do understand their desperate state but have no understanding being short changed.

@ coffee would have been fantastic if the temperature would have been correct and the milk very hot as asked for. @Pastry is maybe awesome, just wasn't to my taste @ Great Location,...

The service at my stay was bad...Asked twice for water and juice, they forgot the juice twice. One person for outside, very slow, not friendly at all. After payment they took (without asking) 20 grivna from my change. When we say something about it, it took another 10 minites to get the money back. This was my second time here, the first time...
