I can’t say enough great things about my local Tim Hortons branch! I visit frequently, and each time I walk in, I’m greeted by the incredible staff who truly make a difference. They are always friendly, attentive, and quick with my order, which brightens my day. It's clear that they value their customers, and their positive energy is contagious! One of the best things about this Tim Hortons location is that they frequently introduce new drinks that keep things exciting. I love trying out the seasonal specials and innovative flavors! Whether it's a delicious cold brew or a creative latte, there's always something new to discover. It keeps my visits fresh and fun! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a great place for catching up with friends or getting some work done. So disrespectful. I was wearing my full medical uniform (scrubs and a white coat), but when i asked for the frontliners discount, the staff asked me to bring my ID to prove that i work in the medical field :x Is she kidding? I had to go back to my car to bring it. I said what more obvious look do you want??? She said i cannot assume, i have to confirm it. So i need the card.

If at that time she fell down and started bleeding, do you think she will act the same and ask me for a confirmation before assuming that i am a doctor and cry for my help?

When you people are in desperate need, we are always there for you and supporting.

I am truly offended and disappointed in the way Tim Hortons staff dealt with me.
