This review is specifically for all the staff at this store. Mr.Rohit, the store manager went above and beyond in making sure I receive all the items in a timely fashion. His dedication to work and commitment to making sure his employees are respected for what they do is absolutely commendable. Give this guy a raise, he's gonna go so far in life. Thanks dude, for following up and making sure I have my items received on time. ✨🙏🏻 But as I said never work beyond 9-5.

Sajed ji- The most experienced furniture person you would ever meet in your life. He knows the items, the prices, the fabrics and even what would suit the layout of your house. He helped with dining table and chair dimensions as well as materials that would suit an industrial style house. Thank you sirjee. God bless.

But please make sure that when employees are standing in line, you're not tending to your own staff. Also VM should be done while you have little to no footfall. This store desperately needs more employees for the footfall.

Though I absolutely, deeply, strongly dislike Landmark Group for their horrible profit centric policies + insufficient resolutions provided for mishandling of complaint ticket + mental harassment for a simple refund + unethical trade practices + breaking economic laws of the land and deceptively selling the lowest quality cheap fast furniture. They are literally everywhere and I'm left with no choice. These conglomerates have us all stuck in a loop of overconsumption, where they are the only winners and the people + earth...

Unfortunately, I am going through very bad experience with HC. I bought a sofa set more than a month ago and it was delivered with manufacturer defect in which it was was reported immediately to HC and agreed to replace the defected items. After many phone calls and miss coordination between HC departments took them two weeks. It was agreed to return the sofa set and refund the customer (me). to date which means more than 45 days, I am still struggling to get my paid money back and it is worth to mention that you as a customer, not allowed to reach or to contact any of the HC managers and you need to keep hearing from the phone customer service team " we are sorry or we apologize for the delays". my running struggle took me sofar10 trips to HC shop in ............... mall and more than 8 phone calls to the customer...
