I have been a loyal customer of House of Beauty probably for almost 10yrs, seen it evolve from different management and its always had great customer service. Though I now live far from Karama , I would still visit from time to time for my usual mani-pedi with Lyn. I have noticed one staff though having inappropriate behavior, i believe her name is Daisy. Very loud and rude with other staff, specifically w the only non-filipino therapist I have seen there at the time. Calling her stupid in Tagalog , and laughing probably because her colleague did not understand her. What is more disappointing was that the other filipino staff laughed as well. There was another instance prior to that where I entered the salon asking for the hairstylist, and she shouted (from the reception all the way to the back) to say that there is a customer wanting a haircut . Its a shame that a behaviour of one staff can affect the whole atmosphere of the salon and hopefully this can be addressed appropriately, and proper training...

When I told them they should use it, the lady made a joke about it with one of her colleagues in her language and started laughing. Charged me $50 for my shoulder length hair which isn't cheap by any means. Used sub-par quality products, kept moving me around from one chair to the other, washed my hair 20min before blow drying and then made me wait in the AC with my hair wet.
