The Worst Restaurant Experience of My Life – 1 Star (because 0 isn’t an option). If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. This was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Let me break it down:

Terrible Management – The manager was rude and unfriendly, acting as if customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason his restaurant exists.

Drinks? A Joke! – I ordered a Coca-Cola with ice. What did I get? A warm can and a straw. No glass, no ice, nothing.

Dirty Dishes – The plates weren’t even properly cleaned. I don’t know what’s worse—dirty dishes or the flavorless food they put on them.

Inedible Food – Speaking of food, it was completely tasteless, and some parts were literally burnt to a crisp. I wasn’t sure if I was eating meat or charcoal.

False Advertising – The menu lies. The photos show generous portions, fresh ingredients, and well-presented dishes. The reality? A sad, overpriced plate that looked nothing like the pictures.

Missing Ingredients – My dish was supposed to come with salad and tomatoes, but guess what? They never arrived. When I asked, they acted like it was normal.

Overpriced for Tiny Portions – For the ridiculous price they charge, you’d expect quality and decent portions. Instead, I left still hungry and extremely disappointed.

Only One Positive Point – The staff (except the manager) were actually nice. Too bad they work in such a disaster of a restaurant.

This place is an absolute disaster, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Avoid it...

My dining experience at Beirut Restaurant & Grill was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, the friendly staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and top-notch service—definitely a 5-star experience.

We started with a Fattoush salad, and it was simply delicious. The crisp, fresh vegetables were perfectly balanced with the tangy sumac dressing, while the crunchy toasted pita added the perfect texture. Every bite was refreshing and full of flavor!

For the main course, we had the mixed grill and lamb ribs, and both were exceptional. The lamb ribs, in particular, were a standout—tender, juicy, and packed with rich, smoky flavor. Highly recommended!

To top it off, they served us a complimentary cinnamon tea, which was a lovely touch and the perfect way to end our meal.

Overall, an amazing experience with incredible food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. 5 stars all the way! Will definitely be...

Un serveur d’une indélicatesse absurde et d’un talent pour ne pas être serveur, j’ai été dégoûter d’être aller dans se restaurant qui m’a bluffer sur Instagram, étant resident de cette ville je me suis rendu dans cette endroit qui a mentis sur ces plats et surtout son savoir faire Libanais. En entrant dans se restaurant DAR BEIRUT j’ai tout de suite vu qu’il y avait un gros problème!!! Il été a peine 22H est le restaurant etait vide, il y a avait aucun client….. l’emplacement été a SATWA, (SATWA est un endroit populaire ou le passage et les clients ne manque pas), nous étions 3 et très déçu de leur organisation et c’est a ce moment la que l’artiste serveur a cravate d’un certain age est rentrer en jeu avec aucun sourire, il étais sans âme, il avait aucune competence d’accueil et de satisfaire les nouveaux clients, nous avons passer commande auprès de cette personne, j’ai bien précisé que nous somme venu de la part d’Instagram et qu’il fallait qu’il nous serve ce qu’on nous a vendu dans leur video….. pas de bole, rien de tous sa est arriver!!!! Ils nous ont servie des patates d’une qualité exécrable sans goût et très sec….. je crois que le serveur avait oublier qu’il y’a avait des milliers de restaurants dans cette ville qui est la meilleur du monde sur le plan gustative….. un pauvre patron qui aurai besoin de sortir de son restaurant pour voir ce qu’il ce fais a l’extérieur. Après être servie d’un Sharwama soit disant frais…. J’ai juste regarder la couleur des frites ultra sec et d’une couleur jaune, probablement une huile de friture pas changer depuis des semaines…. Juste derrière quand j’ai commencé à goûter, j’ai été choquer et extrêmement déçu du goût. immédiatement derrière j’ai demander la facture, c’était impossible de manger et de supporter une qualité mediocre pareille…..

Le serveur artiste sans competence me demande le pourquoi du comment, je lui ai dit qu’il fallait absolument changer toute la distribution, des produits au chef de cuisine.

Je vous partage mon experience, je remettrai plus jamais les pieds dans ce restaurant qui vaut de loin d’être dans cette ville magique pour ces institutions culinaires. Son conçurent c’est la chaîne d’une grande qualité qui s’appelle AL SAFADI, je repartirai que chez eux et je ne les changerai pour rien au monde dans la restauration libanaise….

Ce restaurant DAR BEIRUT plus jamais et je vous conseille fortement de ne pas aller tant que le patron ne change pas tout ces collaborateurs en partant du serveur…. Patron de DAR BEIRUT va faire un stage chez ton concurrent AL SAFADI et tu va comprendre la puissance de la cuisine libanaise qui est juste formidable est succulente.
