I honestly can’t believe how terrible my experience was here. I used to love this place and have visited many times before, but after yesterday, I will NEVER come back.
I brought my friend, who wanted to visit a nice spot, but instead we got one of the worst services I’ve ever seen. After ordering our food, we went to the restroom for less than five minutes. Our plates were still full when we left. When we came back, EVERYTHING was gone — food, shisha, all cleared from the table without asking.
When I confronted the waiter, his attitude was unbelievably rude. He actually asked me, “Did you tell anyone you were going to the bathroom? We thought you left and went home.” Seriously? How could you “think” that when I hadn’t even paid? Do you really believe customers leave without paying here? His tone was disrespectful, and his words were unacceptable.
When I asked for my food and shisha back, he got visibly annoyed. He sent a waitress who slammed the plates on the table with a nasty attitude and an angry face. The replacement food took much longer than the first order, clearly on purpose. I asked for the bill, but suddenly the food was “ready.” I barely touched it because by then, we just wanted to leave.
To make it worse, he tried adding an extra dish to the bill and calculated it in the most unprofessional way possible. Then he said HE would pay for it — as if that fixed anything — still in the same rude tone. The staff were just standing around doing nothing, yet no one bothered to pack the food for takeaway.
It felt like their goal was to make the customer’s experience as bad as possible. These employees have no professionalism, no basic manners, and no interest in working. If management doesn’t take action, they will destroy this place’s reputation. Absolutely disappointing and completely...
Read moreI recently visited Kuku Restaurant and had an unforgettable dining experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a charming mix of modern and traditional decor. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that every guest felt welcome and well taken care of.
The menu offered a delightful array of dishes, each more tempting than the last. I started with a selection of appetizers that were beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The main course, a perfectly cooked kebab, was tender and seasoned to perfection. The sides complemented the meal wonderfully, adding to the rich and satisfying taste experience.
One of the highlights of the evening was the dessert. The baklava was freshly made and deliciously sweet, providing a perfect end to a fantastic meal. Additionally, the restaurant had a great selection of beverages to choose from, including traditional Persian teas and modern cocktails.
Overall, Kuku Restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way. The quality of the food, the excellent service, and the pleasant atmosphere make it a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy a wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend it and look forward to my next visit. Special tanks of mr Tawab also...
Read moreHello We have came for the offer 35 aed for regular shisha, food was fresh but has no taste and I can rate it as 3 star but the prices are not cheap for the food and drinks, shisha guy from India was ignoring us and was unhappy once we complained to him that flavor burnt and no one even bothered to change charcoal, we had 2 Shisha and full table of food - so we were good clients ! Later on when Arabic shisha guy came, he replaced the Shisha after 1 hour, since it was obvious you cannot smoke it. We gave out fee back to restaurant staff but as we came second time nothing changed for Shisha, flavour burned so fast like 30 min and Shisha guy never changed charcoal, we were complaining few times and was trying to fix it by ourselves, but it was 0 result, the waiter told us: since you smoking it during 1.5 hour it obviously burned madam! Well, the shisha is weird, will not come back. We are taking tea, juices, deserts and food not only Shisha, we are payable nice clients but the staff attitude makes this place weird. No free parking, lift is there in a mall so you go up to kuku”s washroom, but Philippina waiter sent me by walking upstairs using their slidy stairs, which is obviously weird since they have a lift...
