Extremely Disrespectful and Discriminatory Experience!! Trust me you do not want to go here.
We made a reservation at this place like everyone else, and upon arrival, we politely asked for a first-row table to enjoy the view. The staff explained they were full but assured us that once a table became available, we would be reseated. That sounded fair, so we agreed and ordered our food and drinks.
The first table cleared up, but instead of us being moved, another couple was seated. When we asked, a staff member named Fabio told us that this couple had been waiting before us, but that we were definitely next and that he ânever breaks his word as an Italian .â
Moments later, another table cleared up â and again, another couple who just arrived went ahead and took the table before us. When I complained to the hostess, she told me they âthought we didnât want to move anymoreâ and that weâd have to wait again, with no clear timeframe. That explanation made no sense, especially since they stopped us from moving when the previous tables became free and told us we r next in line.
When I insisted on an explanation, Fabio came back and suddenly claimed the new couple were hotel guests and that those guests had priority for the front-row tables. This supposed âpolicyâ was never communicated to us at any point â not during booking, not on arrival, and not when we were first told we were next in line.
What made the situation even worse was Fabioâs next comment. When I pointed out that this wasnât a fair policy, he said, âWell, weâre not going to treat you like people staying in Burj Al Arab. Some people are more important.â
That statement was shocking ,discriminatory, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. He had no idea who we were, where we were staying, or anything about us, yet decided we were somehow less important customers.
I have travelled extensively around the world and have never experienced such blatant disrespect or profiling in any restaurant. We paid our bill and left, deeply disappointed and insulted.
This establishment clearly does not value all its guests equally. I sincerely hope the management addresses this behavior because no one deserves to be treated this way.

We understood and respected this, so we had to sit inside, even though we specifically came for the outdoor seating. What prompted me to write this review was the unfair treatment we experienced. We requested to be seated outside if a table became available, and our request was acknowledged. However, while we were inside, more guests arrived after us, also inquiring about outdoor seating, despite having no reservations and no available space.
