I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this broker. They advertised deals that turned out to be completely unavailable, which feels like a bait-and-switch tactic.

When I reached out to inquire, I was asked to send a message on WhatsApp. Despite sending multiple messages and calling for three days in a row, I received no response whatsoever.

On the fourth day, when I finally managed to get through on the phone, they hung up on me without addressing any of my concerns! This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable.

Unprofessional staff!!!! He made reschedule my viewing Bcz he had a personal issue, I was corporative and had to take a one hour break from work to schedule the viewing upon his comfort. And when I asked him for the address bcz I was taking a taxi!!! He didn’t reply and he mad me wait and at the end he told me I don’t have the address I can’t share it!!!
