As I stepped into Kana Cafe in the bustling Business Bay area of Dubai, I was immediately struck by the sheer scale and grandeur of this magnificent establishment. With a staggering capacity of over 600 seats, this behemoth of a cafe is a marvel of design and hospitality. My recent visits to Kana Cafe have left me in awe of its impressive ambiance, extensive menu offerings, and exceptional service.

Upon entering, I was greeted by the expansive indoor seating area, tastefully adorned with modern furnishings and sleek decor. The high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows create a sense of airiness, making the space feel even more vast. However, it's the outdoor seating area that truly steals the show. It’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind while taking in the stunning views of the surrounding cityscape and water bodies.

One of the standout features of Kana Cafe is its incredible selection of sheesha options – a whopping 50+ flavors to choose from! As a sheesha enthusiast, I was in heaven. From classic flavors to more unique and exotic options, there's something to suit every taste. I opted to try a few different flavors during my visits, and each one was expertly prepared and presented.

But Kana Cafe is more than just a sheesha lounge – its food menu is equally impressive. I had the pleasure of trying the hummus, which was, without a doubt, one of the best I've ever had. Creamy, rich, and full of flavor, it was truly "to die for." I also sampled the avocado milkshake, which was refreshing and delicious, if a tad sweet for my taste.

Unfortunately to give this review I had to press 1 star. I’ve been to Kana Cafe a couple of times and have had a good experience, however today was something that shocked me the most. We were about 4 people who had come at the cafe, to halt for 20 mins, and 1 of us ordered a coffee. However since the order wasn’t worth the seating of 4-5 people at the cafe, there was a massive shift in attitude, we were setting up a camera at the place seated, and while taking a quick stroll in the outdoors, the manager was abrupt and impolite about the fact that we can’t shoot here, instead of asking whether are we shooting, he drew a statement in an extremely arrogant manner.

Now when it came to parking, I can totally understand that a restaurant justifiying paid parking for people in the concept of just 1 coffee to 1 car is understandable, but this hasn’t happened in the past, although the person took the stamp, the manager intervened and didn’t allow it, and told us that he can’t do it in the most impolite manner.

While we didn’t choose to order, we were also pestered multiple times and not the other guests on whether we’d like to order, and when we said no, we’re about to leave, an extremely disappointed look.

Every guest spending 20 dhs or 200 dhs should be treated the same way. But at Kana Cafe, the more you spend the better your service.
