Villa Rotana — Hotel in Dubai

I am writing to share our experience from our stay at Villa Rotana on Sheikh Zayed Road, where we lived for about 10 months, from September 2023 until June 2024. ||||Our very first encounter at Villa Rotana was with Anne, and I cannot express enough how much of a pivotal role she played in our decision to stay with you. From the moment we walked through the doors, Anne greeted us with a warmth and sincerity that immediately made us feel welcome. She attentively listened to our needs, gave us a thorough tour of the rooms, and clearly outlined the next steps. ||||Once we made the decision to stay, it was Anne again, with her radiant smile, who ensured our move-in was seamless and comfortable. Her dedication and attention to detail truly set the tone for the rest of our stay. Anne is an absolute gem, and Rotana would be wise to nurture her growth within the company—her talents would shine even brighter in a managerial role. Please, do not let such an asset slip away.||||Beyond Anne’s exceptional hospitality, we were also consistently impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the entire team at Villa Rotana. From the prompt responses of the engineering staff when we encountered issues like a bathroom leak or an appliance concern, to the tireless work of the housekeeping team, everyone contributed to making our stay smooth and enjoyable. ||||We want to especially highlight a few more individuals: Yusuuf, who always went above and beyond to assist us and never left us waiting for answers; and Abdul, who seemed to always be there, working tirelessly with a keen eye for detail. ||||We also cannot forget the incredible team effort during the heavy rainstorm in April. The staff came together in an extraordinary way, not only managing the challenging circumstances but also opening your doors to help those stranded and seeking refuge. It was an inspiring display of compassion, and we know many people were grateful for your kindness.||||Our stay at Villa Rotana was more than just a long-term accommodation—it became a community where we made lasting friendships. I'm late on posting my review but I'd be reminded if I didn't share the wonderful experience my husband and I had here during our Jan/Feb stay this year. The staff is bar none!

The staff was extremely accommodating and very helpful with everything and anytime of the day. We were about and Abbott a lot, even during ate nights & wee hours of the mornings as we went out partying and no matter what time we got back, the staff would be standing there smiling greeting us and offer to assist with our shopping bags! We're from New York where it's always busy but no one is as friendly so this staff was incredible! Mohammed, Anne, Emmanuel & Smiley were my favs❤️

Our room was remarkably clean and always smelt lovely! The hallways and even the facilities were always prescribe. The bed! Oh God, that bed!! I wanted to bring it home with us! We travel often and never felt a bed that was like home or better! There were days where we had no choice but to sleep in late because the bed grabs you and wraps its arms around your soul that's just how good it feels to your body! And, especially after all the walking that one endures in Dubai's enormous malls and other areas such as Global Village. The location of the hotel is perfect as the Burj Kalifah is just 1 stop away ok the train and you can see if from the entrance of the hotel. It is literally right across the street, a few lanes away. Getting a taxi to anywhere was just the snap of a finger and very inexpensive due to where the hotel is situated [middle of Sheikh Zyed Rd]. Another thing that I loved was the sound of the shalats [prayers] that streamed through the speakers of the Mosque behind the hotel. That sound was just sooooo soothing to the soul and We're not Muslim.

We were up and out so much that we never got the chance to eat at the hotel so unfortunately I can't comment on the food. However, I will say it looked amazing and we could smell the pleasant aroma of the food as we were rushing out to hail a taxi for our well planned out excursions.

We will have referred so many to stay here when heading to Dubai and you can bet that we'll be back next year and we will be staying here each...

The cardio equipment, in particular, was in excellent condition, allowing for a smooth and enjoyable workout.

However, what truly sets Villa Rotana apart is the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. The front desk personnel were knowledgeable and helpful, the concierge provided valuable insights and recommendations, and the housekeeping team kept my room pristine throughout my visit.
