Hi here I would like to rating of my experience for they are service basically I'm not living in Dubai i just came here as a tourist and I'm presently staying in quarantine when I arrive my mobile display was broken i just look online shops to fix my phone then i found a fix my phone service by smart fix site i contacted them i explained my situation they agreed to get the mobile from my location and they fixed it without any trouble here i would like to a very big thanks to the persons who work for me to fix it the names are SHANA from customer support , SETHU from who delivered my phone , NISHAD the person who picked up my phone from my location ...and i would like to say thanks also from person who fix my phone from technician tooo you are doing a great job guys .... If there is a minus in the review, I would definitely choose it. It was the worst experience ever, it was the first and for sure the last time I'll deal with them. I've replaced my iPhone XR screen, and the technician scratched the phone body from 3 places because he is using a metal object to remove the screen, and when I talked to the manager, he said "it's expected to get the phone scratched after replacing the screen, and that always happens".
