Treehouse has been the worst experience I’ve had in quite some time.

Yusur (I believe that was the name of the lady at the reception) took us to a seat we didn't like. We asked for another option and were treated in an unfriendly, almost rude way.

Our waiter, Alex, brought the wrong drink. When I said that we had ordered something else, he replied, dryly: "I'll replace it." No apologies, no friendly gestures, nothing.

The replacement drink took quite some time, so that we had finished the bites we ordered when it finally arrived... Later, another waiter (or perhaps the manager - unfortunately I couldn't see the name) enquired how we were doing. I highlighted the issues, and he said he'll check, but didn't offer anything.  When the drink finally arrived it was also almost half full (see picture), nothing like they show it in the menu (see picture).

Finally, the manager came again to enquire about the drink. So I couldn't help telling him I am disappointed that we have received no apologies, no friendly gestures, nothing. So he offered edamame on the house.When they brought the edamame, they almost threw the bowl on our table, and didn't bring an additional bowl to put the skins, so that we had to put them on the table (see picture).

To add insult to injury, they tried to charge the drink that they mistakenly served and took away (see first tax invoice). Luckily I discovered that before paying. When I pointed it out, Alex didn't apologise, turned around and went to correct the error. The final invoice is also attached for comparison.

Everybody can make a mistake, but the Treehouse team made MULTIPLE mistakes and didn't make any effort to make amends.

Attended treehouse brunch for the first time last weekend as I heard it was one of the best- couldn't be further from the truth! Guests must now make a deposit for parties of 4 or more people which is fair enough but it took a week of me chasing them to send a link online to pay the deposit! I called them twice after that to ensure it had gone through & confirm my booking. Upon arrival they asked me to pay the fee again as they couldn't be bothered to check their list which stated I had already paid with a deposit. It then took 4 members of staff to attempt to show us to our table which we had to just find ourselves... For a party of 4, they gave us a table for 10. It was meant to be table service but we couldn't get a waiter to take our order so we went to the bar but the barman refused to serve us as we had table service... They had a 3 course menu but for some reason you had to go & get desert yourself (as told by the waitress) & we were assured it was fine to leave the table. 2mins later when we returned, all of our drinks had been cleared (3mins before the brunch was due to end)... Once the brunch was over, at this point many people were beyond tipsy (thankfully not me as they'd taken all our drinks lol), a member of staff comes up to me to say my bloody deposit hasn't gone through. Now what annoyed me was that I had to chase them, I called twice, I even checked at the door upon arrival- they had so many opportunities to tell me this but they wait until the end of the brunch, knowing people would be drunk, to ask for more money! And I had the confirmation of the transaction! I have never experienced such poor service in my life, and would never recommend this brunch to anyone.

Secret Wonderland Brunch review - To start with not sure what was wonderland about it.. at the entrance the tiny gate or the 2 ladies and 1 guy who came out twice to dance..

The ambiance was rather flat, the music became monoton beat (although ppl asked the Dj to change some beat)

The quality of the drinks and food were great! No doubt in that. We found that the food was wasted as when u order appetizer/main, they bring everything. (4-6 choices) It could be just noted down what the tables want from the meals and bring only those.. The tables are small for 6 ppl (in our case) when the food arrives.

I gave low rating because of the ambiance (it is not a cheap brunch) and the drink service. The waiter came to our table to note down last order (ca 35min) prior brunch closure). Those drinks we never got, in fact he disappeared totally. We waited waited and 30min after brunch closing time I went and talked to the bar manager (I guess he was) and explained what happened. The waiter appeared and stated that “oh the drinks were delivered”. Upon asking where the order pad is, he did not say anything. He remembered what I order and I asked him to show me on the table where it is. He stayed quiet. The manager said that we will get the order.

While I went to the washroom, my friends said that some drinks were delivered. Some non alcoholic cocktail (we never ordered) and 2 other drinks. I never got what I ordered. No one came to check, no one came to talk to us.

Also: not the best to go to the washroom in the outside heat.. stairs/heat/drinks are not the best combo.
