We arrived at the time specified in the email we received to find the place like the Marie Celeste. Another guest let us in. I called the owner after waiting some time and we were told that our room was room 4. It was in the eaves, up multiple flights of stairs. Tiny. Bathroom about the size of an airplane toilet. I hit my head on the beams across the bed on two occasions and I am 5ft 4in. No one to talk to. Harry Potteresque like living in the cupboard under the stairs. The rail to hang three garments was in alcove behind the bed and behind the bedside table and lamp which you’d have to climb over to get at. Not quaint or cute. Felt suffocating. The whole experience was terrible. Left the next day before breakfast.

What an absolute gem of a BnB. Five minutes walk into centre of Cirencester. Free parking. Beautiful courtyard where you can chill and have a drink. Bedrooms very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Had best nights sleep in weeks. Breakfast was amazing. Plentiful and cooked to order. The ladies who cook and serve breakfast were amazing. Highly recommend and hope to visit again.

If you, like me, arrived at the property after hours (ie after all the staff have left in the morning) check your email or messages for the access code to enter the premises.||I’d arrived just before 5.00pm on a Wednesday, pressed the door bell, and waited for a while but no response. Then I had to login to my account to check emails and messages. The access code was sent to me on the day of arrival.||I had a courtyard room on the ground floor, with a view out to the car park. ||The room itself was a bit tight for my luggage bag. It was clean, a comfortable bed, came with all the usual amenities, generous wardrobe space and a working Wifi. The shower room has a skylight which brought in lots of natural light.||From the Old Brewhouse there’s a self service laundromat about 600m away. ||The Parish Church and Market Place are all close by. It’s a very walkable town.||I had two breakfasts in the dining room. Staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the poached egg wrapped with smoked salmon.||The beautifully landscaped courtyard was a great delight especially when the flowers were blooming.||I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at the...

Stayed 2 nights. Self checkin owners send your room number and garden gate key code on day of arrival. Parking in grounds and just outside the property on a grass verge. Breakfast was so lovely, fresh fruit, freshly cooked croissants, tea coffee and fruit juice. Husband had the cooked breakfast, bacon and sausages good quality. I had smoked salmon with scrambled eggs, eggs cooked perfectly and a nice amount of salmon. Stayed in many b&b and this breakfast was definitely the nicest we’ve had. The bed was very comfortable and room and bathroom small but very clean. The only criticism I have is the room we had was an attic room with sloping ceiling, there was a large low beam across the room my husband banged his head getting out one evening and had a small cut which was bleeding. We are both quite tall and had to stoop and slide into bed. I would stay again but not in this room it’s too small for...

We stayed for two nights over a very hot weekend. Check in on line was quick and easy, and we were given our room number on the morning of arrival. We were given room 7, which was beautiful. Situated off the courtyard with patio doors opening out onto a vista of lovely flowering plants. |The room itself was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Tea/coffee making facility, bottle of water, and a small fridge, which was great for storing extra bottles of water ( it was very hot !). |Breakfast was excellent - lovely fresh croissants, fresh fruit salad, cooked breakfast- all delicious and served by lovely ladies.|Location was very good, just a few minutes walk to the centre. |There is a small car park behind, and also a few spaces along side.|Don’t hesitate to stay here, it’s...
