Brackenhurst Guest House — Hotel in East Lindsey

This is the second time myself and my mum (whom in her early80’s and won’t appreciate me saying so 😊) have stayed with Dave & Andrea. We have stayed in room number 5 beautiful room absolutely perfect for us. I don’t do breakfast but mum does so first time stayed I was apprehensive mum going down alone (breakfast is optional extra fantastic idea) but I was absolutely so very greatful that Dave and Andrea made my mum so comfortable and included like part of a family I never had to worry again 🥰 we was so looked after on the first visit their was no doubt in our minds we would stay again so in August we stayed again. Myself and my mum cannot fault anything it’s absolutely immaculately clean and Dave and Andrea are the perfect hosts and cannot do enough for you. They go above and beyond and make you feel like a part of the family. I cannot thank them enough for all their care especially for my mum . I can’t put into enough words how special The Brakenhurst is due to Dave and Andrea the location is ideal few minutes walk into town and all local amenities, if you do want a quiet spot just sit outside The Brackenhurst in the beautiful little garden x we will be back x mum says their breakfast is the best she has ever had thank you Dave & Andrea for everything you do to make your guests feel welcome...

We stayed here for 5 nights from 6th-11th July 2021 and had a great time. David was extremely attentive, kind and friendly and made a fantastic cooked and continental breakfast. The hotel was very clean and well kept and had recently been refurbished with a modern nautical theme. Great attention to detail. Our room (5) with a bay window and seating was very comfortable and equipped with lots of storage, a clean modern bathroom and nice decor. The free parking was great and the location was very close to the Tower island so great for a short walk home from the main centre. Covid19 precautions were promoted and adhered to very well. The area it is in felt safe/residential and was quiet. Plenty of tea/coffee/biscuits and a hairdryer provided. Garden seating area at the front was great in the sun and there was good security. We would definitely stay there again....

We have just spent a weekend at Brackenhurst guest house and we could not fault it . The bedroom was spotlessly clean and decorated to a very high standard .We were in the ground floor room which was so convenient for us .There were tea /coffee making facilities, hairdryer and toiletries .The bed was really comfortable and we felt very much at home there. Breakfast was very nice served in the beautifully decorated dining room and well worth money . Dave and Andrea are such lovely hosts and could not do enough for us .They were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our weekend break.You can tell they have worked so hard to get the guest house looking so lovely .We would not hesitate to recommend this guest house to anyone.
