it was pretty clean
upon arrival manager wasn't on site cue having to make a phone call and waiting around for 30 minutes or so for her to arrive, shown to the room and the room was fine, albeit small it was clean
saw the absolute delights blackpool had to offer (it was perhaps the worst town i'd been to in my life) and upon returning to the hotel we found the key wouldn't work, cue having to wait around for the manager to arrive and sort that out
location was adequate, albeit extremely noisy and lack of external soundproofing caused a disturbance
shared toilet left a lot to be desired, heard people using it all throughout the night which was disapointing
fire alarm system looked recent which was a bonus, but there did seem to be somewhat of a lack of signposted fire escapes, but the rooms did have fire doors so that was good
parking situation left a lot to be desired, parked with the rear end of my car stuck on the pavement which i was not happy about at all

Read moreBooked direct. Owner gave us contact details for the day. Someone rang to check when we would be arriving which was fab. Room was a decent size for 5 of us and a dog. Small bathroom with shower but did the job doesn't need to be huge. Beds were comfy, top bunk was a bit squeaky but nothing major. Tv and tea/coffee making facilities. Paid for parking as made it much easier, gent who dealt with us (sorry never got his name) even moved his car to ensure there was space for us. Absolutely nothing to fault them on we will definitely...

We had a wicked 15th year anniversary weekend !😉
Was a lovley stay, very welcoming, clean, made to feel at home. Bathroom abit small but that was no issue really. Thanks for having us at such short notice with a dog too 😊 !
