Went on Saturday for my birthday and lovely food and some lovely cocktails. The lady with the blue hair is an absolute credit to your company and the whole reason that this is a 5 star review. After receiving some drinks at the table that were undrinkable we just wanted them swapped out, not refunded or anything like that so we asked a waitress and she said she'd go ask, a man (I think called Carl) came over and was immediately aggressive, he didn't ask what was wrong at all just "are you the ones with the problem? the drinks are made right" - we weren't looking to kick up a fuss at all and up until that point had been really polite. We even said do you not want to taste the drinks and see? to which he refused and said "I don't need to they were made right" , he said he hadn't made them or seen them be made but refused to even entertain the idea they were wrong. Every attempt to explain the issue was met with being spoken over and just told we were wrong, no apology just out of the gate aggression. So that was £20 worth of drinks that were left undrunk, and when in total you think there was 6 of us... and about 8 rounds of drinks plus meals, it wasn't the greatest experience. More than anything it was just the fact that he came over to the table ready for a fight that we weren't going to give...
The blue haired lady ended up coming over to us shortly after as we asked for his name. She was immediately polite and seemed like she actually wanted to listen to us, instead of offering up excuses, she just asked what had happened and had the decency to apologise. She gave us the email to the store to forward our issues on to and offered a round of shots for the inconvienience but honestly they weren't even needed because just her demeanor and manner was enough to make me feel better. Also all the other staff were 100%, from the waitress to the bouncers trying their best to operate the ipad with the seating on - it was just Carl that left...

Staff were extremely accommodating, allowing us to get to the table slightly early to decorate as a surprise for the bride to be. Staff were friendly and engaging throughout our booking and created a good atmosphere.
Despite the positives, the service was extremely slow. We didn't receive our first drink until 45 minutes into our 2 booking time and this set the tone for the rest of our visit. Each time we ordered drinks these were staggered in delivery and at times we were left 20-30 minutes waiting for a drink. Which in a 2 hour booking is very disappointing. When it came to the end of our booking we were still waiting for our last round of drinks, which had been ordered a good 20 minutes earlier. We were told our table was needed and the only way of us getting the drinks we were still waiting on was if we agreed to sit outside. Nathan was very apologetic and did offer us a complimentary round by way of apology which was appreciated and helped keep us a little warmer whilst we sat in the Blackpool March temperatures!
I appreciate our booking was for a Saturday and it was understandably busy, however, as the bottomless brunches have to be pre-booked it was frustrating they didn't seem to have enough staff and that we had to wait as long as we did between drinks.
The drinks themselves were lovely - perhaps my advice would be to get ordering your next drink as soon as they bring your last, and take a jacket in case you have to...
Read moreI went with my family on the 21st of feb for my 21st birthday at around 2 in the afternoon. My sister called up and asked if we needed to book a table and told them it was for a birthday, they said just turn up. We arrived and helped ourselves to a table. We ordered cocktails which took 20 mins to arrive (there were 4 tables in at this point). We then ordered food and someone who I assume to be the manager came to our table and told us to move onto a longer table to eat. We moved no questions asked. Food started to arrive, cold. My sister ordered a chicken burger that was raw, we had to call someone over to the table as no check back was done on the food. A waitress took the burger away and brought back another one that was rock solid! Yet again no check back on food so had to call someone over, the same waitress who gave us a very sassy ‘well sorry’ response, no refund offered for the chicken burger. We called someone else over and they offered a refund for the burger right away and apologised profusely and even offered us drinks which we declined when the waitress came over and blamed the uncooked chicken on ‘THE SAUCE’. Awful experience and awful food! There were no other tables in at the point of us ordering food, no excuse for extremely poor service and bad attitude from multiple staff members. The manager was nowhere to be seen after telling us to move tables. Don’t waste your money...
