We booked direct on the phone with Paul because I have specific dietary needs and he assured me they would be accommodated, I also asked for a sea view. We were given what must be their worst room (I looked in several others whilst there) and the view through the dirty windows was of a very untidy garden - no sea. However, the room was adequate although disappointing and my poor review is not down to that. The first morning I just had strawberries from the buffet as we were going to skomer island and in a bit of a rush. The second morning I enquired what was available to me from the menu as I had been assured by Paul there would be a choice - there wasn’t. After some friendly chat with the lovely waitress I settled on my only option which was smashed avocado and despite her helpfully trying to add tomatoes and onion I asked for it to be completely plain. When it came I felt my mouth burning and asked what was on it. They had added a dressing - which was very irresponsible and potentially very dangerous as they knew full well I was at risk. Paul’s wife then came out and in front of a packed dining room started to scream at me, shouting that I was a trouble maker, had done nothing but moan and we should leave - we were mortified and I was in tears!! We packed immediately and left, our holiday ruined. Why she acted like that I don’t know and it was truly appalling...

There was also a small kitchen with kettle, fridge, table and chairs crockery and cutlery. Penty of coffee, tea, hot choccy, biscuits, fresh milk in the fridge. Smashing bathroom wih a good shower and plenty of hot water.||We were on a visit to see the Puffins on Skoomer Island so was great to be able to fill our flasks. Could have used the facilities to make our sandwiches for our day trip, but, I decided to order a packed lunch which was perfect.||I work as a breakfast chef in a Hilton hotel.....no pressure there.|Beautiful breakfast, fantastic selection of fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt, jucies etc, as you would expect in a guest house. Read moreI'm afraid our experience did not match our expectations having read other reviews.|I guess the good point is the location - Little Haven is a beautiful village set in a picturesque almost hidden valley running down to a seaside cove and the property has super views.Got the impression most of the clients were walkers on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and it certainly ticks that box.|We thought the decor was a little dated and the adjective that comes to mind to describe the general atmosphere was tired. Having said that I think we would have been much happier if we had been charged less - I would suggest they consider their pricing structure.|A great place to rest your weary limbs on a journey round the Coast but not necessarily a place I'd like to spend a...
