DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I’m shocked and outraged by the lack of customer service. The manager shouted at me and was rude my order was delayed by 2 HOURS. When I called up to ask manger where my food was he said he didn’t have any drivers available and said be patient you don’t have a business. Food was nasty I order a few desserts and they was cold and card and tasteless. This business is a disgrace. And the hygiene of the place must be nasty considering how I found a grey hair in my food. Nasty never ordering again didn’t bother eating it because I didn’t want to risk food poisoning. This company needs to be shut down ASAP. Does not deserve a single star to be honest. Absolutely vile. Ordered some desserts and drinks from here. When the delivery driver gave the mojito it looked a bit weird. I could see something floating in it. When I checked it was a caterpillar. It was moving and alive. When I called them to complain they told me that they thought it was a rolled up mint leaf and left it. 🤢🤢 I’m so glad my children didn’t drink it. We just ordered 2 waffles via uber..what we've recieved is beyond disgusting..2 boxes of mashed up food tht dont even resemble waffles. They both look uncooked and vile. When we phoned the shop to tell them they automatically blamed the uber driver. You can tell it isn't just down to the driver. They look vile. Both boxes have gone straight in the bin...avoid at all costs if you value...
