Met with Joe on Sunday. Very nice gentleman who listened to the issues I have with sleeping. He then asked probing questions of issues about my sleep that I was unaware affected sleep so greatly. Then had me try numerous beds. First firm, medium, plush. Then demonstrated how an adjustable frame enhanced comfort. With all this in mind next allowed me to try an innerspring mattress and a foam one. I chose the foam one. At the moment I thought the adjustable frame and mattress was not separable. Being the professional for improving others sleep, Joe informed me that they are sold separate and mentioned that having learned how much more an adjustable frame can enhance sleep that he feels certain when I have a more favorable circumstance, that I will return for the adjustable frame. We had plans on shopping around before purchasing a new king size mattress. But after going to the Mattress Firm in Alton and dealing with Jim the manager, we decided to look no further. Jim is a true expert in his field and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect mattress for our needs. I first visited the store on a Monday. My wife went back with me the next day to try out the mattresses. After talking it over that evening, we went back on Wednesday and purchased the mattress we had chosen. I highly recommend this location due to their friendliness, efficiency, honesty and product quality. Jim said my mattress would arrive in 2 days, and it did! After a mess with mattress direct and eventually eating the cost of a sub par mattress, I have finally found a mattress store that I trust and highly recommend. It’s a friendly, efficient atmosphere.
