Bob was friendly. We bought a SpringAir mattress. In less than 3 months it was getting dips in it and the top layer looked like it was separating. He told us to turn it over so we did. It's doing the same thing on the other side. I got no help from the company in Springfield, IL. They said we could bring it up (2 hr drive one way) and they would fix it while we waited. How are 2 old people supposed to do that? If they fixed it we would be without a mattress for one week or more if we took it back to the store. Are we supposed to sleep on the floor?? They will not swap it out. Will never buy another one or go back to that store. I hate to be negative but it just has not been a good...

I went to this store a few weeks back and the staff was very charismatic and welcoming. The man was quickly able to show us around the store and guided us to mattresses within our price range. He was patient when letting us decide between mattresses and knowledgeable about every mattress we asked about. He was an absolute joy to buy from!
