I love the cookie factory! It’s my favorite place to visit when I’m in town. The new location is cozy and welcoming. I like that there are prices for everything so I know what to expect. The pricing has gone up since I was a little kid but inflation is no joke. I can’t imagine complaining about pricing when everything has skyrocketed. I’m so happy they’re able to adjust and keep things running smoothly! The girls at the front counter have always been friendly and accommodating. The owner was super busy and stopped baking to check in on us.

My brother came across the cookie factory years ago and fell inlove with it. Well since then they have yet to disappoint me. Last year I called in an order for a cookie cake with "busch light" on it for my brother with mountains in the background. They delivered that cake PERFECTLY. This year I needed 2 cookie cakes, one with skulls and spider webs, the other with american flag themed. Both of them look phenomenal and both birthday kiddos thought they looked amazing....
Read moreOur 2 year old loves the peanut butter cookies from here to a point that he will only eat these cookies and none other and requests them every time we come to the mall. We thought of celebrating his birthday with a peanut butter cookie cake. We were disappointed at how thin the "cake" was when compared to the the size of the actual cookie. Somehow it was super greasy as well. Our dissatisfaction comes from the fact that we relied on this cookie cake for such a special occasion and it did not work out.
