If i could give 0 i would. This was the grossest place ive ever stayed. It was sold out around town so we had to stay here. I have a 2 year old daughter and the room smelled very bad of dog urine. We didnt have any choice but to stay and upon waking up i was spitting out black and yellow phlegm from breathing the air all night. My kid was coughing and is now acting sick too. She had surgery a week before this and the last thing we expected was a dog piss filled room at 3am. We all smelled like dog piss after leaving. The shower didnt drain well and we were standing in a couple inches of water. It was so gross and i am now extraordinarily sick from this stay. I would avoid here at all costs. We spent a night in the hotel from September 8 to September 9 on the name Hellemans. The hotel asked for a deposit with a credit card. I can understand that, but it is only a guarantee! Not even a dollar must be debited! More than 70$ were debited on September 8 and we have not been refunded! We left the room as clean and tidy as it was when we arrived. You have to refund the deposit immediately if you do not want any problem! As a jurist, I will sue you without any problem. If we do not receive the refund within 3 days, the next step will be the formal notice and finally the summons to appear at the trial. On our way to California from SC, My husband and I phoned the “Fifth Season inn & suites” on W interstate 40, Amarillo, Texas and booked one room for one night at a very affordable price. Luckily we had bought the black light or the UV flashlight. First room in, we Checked the beds and Lo and behold, both sheets were covered by semen. Second room , same filth. We asked the lady to find a clean room for us and all she was allowed to offer is to hand us new sheets for the beds while politely asking us not to disturb any more rooms. It was beyond surrealistic and totally unacceptable! This inn is to be checked by the health department. They obviously don’t care about their reputation?
