Our family visited Aspen for the first time at the beginning of March and we split our time up a few days at Hotel Limelight and then we finished at Hotel Jerome, to try it out in the event we came back next year. Our welcome in, was lovely! We were greeted with a house cocktail and given a tour of the hotel by a very friendly guide. The hotel is gorgeous and in the best location. The pool/hot tub had wonderful views too. The room they put is in had a view of the roof, like an industrial view,/hotel utility equipment. It was disappointing that with how empty the hotel was they didn’t put us in a nicer room, as it was very evident many options were available, the hotel seemed near empty. In comparing it to Limelight, the Limelight upgraded us without us asking, which was great, especially since they had the availability. That completely made our stay as we had an incredible view and was such a kind gesture! Service was also very sleepy at the Hotel Jerome. We had to call down for extra robes twice before they were delivered and service (outside of our warm welcome) was unfriendly and uninviting. Also we were told by the front desk no reservations accepted at the J Bar, but when we arrived there were some “reserved tables for hotel guest s only”. Fortunately the super friendly and helpful bartenders apologized and prioritized getting us the next available table. The atmosphere and service at the J Bar was great. Overall, we all agreed we were treated with more respect and there was more value staying at the Limelight. The Limelight even had an incredible free breakfast every morning , had great service, location and they kept the guests at the forefront even offering upgrades for free without anyone having in to ask, because ultimately they would sit empty anyways. In addition, the Limelight had live entertainment, free coffee in the room, great pool/hot tub with great views and awesome fire pit areas in several locations, also with...
Read moreThis review is for The Garden restaurant at Hotel Jerome.
This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had, and I never leave negative reviews and dine out a lot. Upon arrival, not a single person greeted or offered to help us (we were clearly lost). After asking about 4 people, none of which wanted to provide ANY useful guidance, we were directed to the food and beverage manager, Anna. Anna could not have been less helpful or more bothered than she was. She was incredibly rude, dismissive and quite frankly, incompetent. She told us that we could not have reservations at The Garden because it was "closed due to an event." This was interesting, because I did in fact have a reservation (I had a Resy confirmation and calendar but she disregarded it). We had a party of 9 guests there to celebrate multiple birthdays and she seemed to not have cared less. If in fact there was a private event closing the restaurant, I should have been notified. I was not, and I made that clear, and still Anna did not apologize or seem sincere at all. We asked what else be done, or if we could be seated at the other restaurant (which we saw had open tables) and she made NO attempts to take care of us. We were truly in disbelief. One of the girls in our group asked for a water while we sort this and she denied the request. This was all of our first time visiting Hotel Jerome, we came from out of state, and were celebrating, and to not even receive an acknowledgement of the restaurant's fumbling was so beyond unacceptable. We were treated as second class citizens and I will never be returning. I will not recommend the Hotel Jerome or any of its restaurants to anyone because I would never want anyone to bet met with such disrespect. This is a HUGE bummer because I travel often and am constantly being asked for...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Jerome, Auberge Resorts Collection, and I can confidently say it deserves every bit of its five-star rating! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning architecture and the warm, welcoming ambiance of the hotel.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were attentive, friendly, and truly made me feel like a valued guest. The concierge was incredibly helpful in arranging skiing lessons and recommending local dining spots, making my visit seamless and enjoyable.
The room I stayed in was exquisitely appointed, combining modern luxury with charming historic touches. The views of the surrounding mountains were breathtaking, and the plush bedding made for the most restful nights. I particularly loved the spacious bathroom with its spa-like amenities.
Dining at the hotel was a highlight of my trip. The on-site restaurant offered a delightful menu featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Each meal was a culinary experience, and the cocktails were expertly crafted.
The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the vibrant Aspen downtown and ski slopes. After a day of skiing, I appreciated the cozy lounge areas and the inviting fire pits outside, perfect for unwinding with a drink.
Overall, Hotel Jerome is a gem in Aspen, where luxury meets comfort and hospitality. I can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay!...
