Silver City Cycles - Ebike Rental & Delivery — Local services in Aspen

We had an outstanding experience with these folks. Four of us rented ebikes from Silver City to go from Aspen to Maroon Bells. I had to make a number of changes to our reservation, but Silver City was ready and willing to work with me. They were phenomenal: extremely flexible, professional, friendly and ingeniously helpful.

When we arrived at the agreed-upon pick-up spot our ebikes were there, along with a very professional, friendly and knowledgeable technician who had helmets to fit four different head sizes, and who taught us how to use the ebikes (our first time), the rules of the road, and so on. Once on the road, the bikes themselves were PHENOMENAL. Excellent condition, very easy to handle, yet with a great deal of power AND longevity of battery life. Much more than we needed on all fronts, but that’s just what you really want on an unfamiliar ride: more than you can possibly use.

Sam delivered and picked up the bikes directly from our hotel, Aspen Meadows, making it incredibly convenient for guests. The e-bikes are top notch, in excellent condition, and truly elevate the way you can explore Aspen.

Our family of four adults and two children (7 and 3) rented bikes for the day. The bikes were delivered to our rental house in Highlands. The couple that own and run the business are so very nice. They were timely and accommodated all of our needs. The 3 year old was in the buggy being pulled by her mother on a brand new e-bike. The 7 year old was on the attached tandem bike being pulled by his father. We all had a great ride from Highlands to Basalt on the Rio Grand bike trail. The new bikes are easy to operate as we had never been on an e-bike. We ate lunch at Tipsy Trout and rode back! 39 mile round trip. Once back we texted the silver city cycle group and they picked up the bikes and were gone.
