A Five-Star Experience Like No Other at The Limelight Aspen
From the moment we arrived at The Limelight Aspen, we were enveloped in a level of hospitality that exceeded even the highest expectations. This isn't just a hotel—it's a luxurious sanctuary nestled in the heart of Aspen, where every detail is masterfully designed to make guests feel genuinely welcomed and endlessly pampered. The customer service is, quite simply, world-class. THANKS ELLIOT, SIMBA and everybody who we encountered during our stay. Every staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, radiated warmth, professionalism, and a sincere desire to make our stay unforgettable. They anticipated needs we hadn’t even thought of—offering personalized restaurant recommendations, local insights, and even delivering complimentary rides around the city when we were craving ice cream for our toddler. It felt less like staying in a hotel and more like being hosted by incredibly gracious friends who know exactly how to spoil you.
The facilities are equally impressive. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and immaculately clean(really CLEAN), with plush beds, modern decor, and views that capture the magic of the mountains. The lounge area, with its cozy fireplace and artisanal cocktails, became my favorite summer retreat. The hotel’s complimentary breakfast is gourmet in every sense—fresh, local ingredients served in a setting that makes you linger longer than planned. And the outdoor hot tubs? Pure bliss after a day in the city.
From their eco-conscious touches to the seamless blend of luxury and comfort, The Limelight Aspen isn't just a place to stay—it’s an experience to remember, repeat,...
Read moreMy daughter and I were in Aspen for the first ever Aspen Literary Festival. My daughter chose the Limelight as the place we would stay. I am so glad she did. From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience. ||We hadn't planned on using their complementary car service (part of what the daily amenity fee covered) but we ended up using it a lot. Both to and from the Aspen Airport and then trips around town. My daughter was using a walker so it was so handy to have this service. A car was always available when we left the hotel, and when we had to call to get a ride back it only took a few minutes for a car to come. The drivers were all great.||We were given a room on the first floor, room 111, and it was perfect. We hadn't requested a ground floor room, but really appreciated it. The room was quite large, we had a double queen deluxe, and had everything we needed, and more. I got a survey the first day asked how everything was. My daughter mentioned she wished the breakfast offered a different brand of yogurt. I got a call a little while later and was asked what kind of yogurt, and what flavor she would like. They went out, purchased that yogurt for her and brought it to our room to keep in the refrigerator. That was really going above and beyond.||The breakfast buffet (included) was great to have each morning. A wide variety of both hot and cold foods.||Both check in and check out were very quick. Our room was ready before the 4 p.m. check in, which is always nice.||Overall a wonderful stay. We would definitely...
Read moreThis is our very first visit to Aspen, and staying at Limelight made the whole trip very enjoyable and pleasant.
BIG PLUS - Dog friendly, and they offer the clean dog bed and dog bowls. Also, they have a small microwave and fridge in the room, so that we can heat up our doggo's food (she has a sensitive stomach so she only eats home-cooked meals and we brought the food with us.)
LOCATION - Really great location, right in the heart of Aspen downtown, and there's a decent open park next to the hotel, our doggo considers it her "backyard" and had a lot of fun.
SERVICE - Top notch. We especially appreciate the manager Marty and the lovely receptionist Anne for upgrading our room to a terrace room, where our doggo can enjoy the fresh air whenever she wants.
FOOD - we only had breakfast there, and it was pretty darn good. They offer lots of healthy options like chia pudding, overnight oats, fresh detox green juice, and plain Greek yogurt (all of my favorite), and my hubby enjoyed the sausage, eggs, grilled veggies etc.
ROOM - Clean, modern, with tasteful decor. The bed is bit too soft for us but maybe because we are too tired from hiking, we had decent sleep.
OVERALL - 5 star all the way and highly...
