Taco Bell — Restaurant in Covina

I asked for a small box the one I had always order used to b 5$ now $6.99 but my total was $11.01 so I asked why was it 11.01 so manager comes up tells me they only do it online order only I said I have been getting the same things for years , her answer still want it or not , so I thought and said yeah I’ll take it I’m hungry I got 3 cars in front 3 cars in the back drive thru , now when I open my food my chalupas was Cold I leave 2 minutes away then a teaspoon of cheese for my nachos ? Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to , worse food cuz it was cold , Manager at least fill up the mini cheese container ? lastly which I hate !!!! no napkins !!!!! my profile says I’ll review whoever earns it. You really did I’ll post some pics avoid Taco Bell @ , Azuza & Arrow hwy unless I guess you order online you’ll b treated better hopefully given hot food at least warm PLEASE DONT REPLY APOLOGIZING!! This visit was a Disappointment,at least at this Taco Bell,had heard the Encerito (Secert menu)was back so I pulled into this T.bell for my fix Ask for Xtra olives as I remembered it came with they had No olives.then I ordered a Burrito Supreme which I remember it has olives also they had "No" explanation,on receivei my meal I ask for hot sauces in my bag never got them walked up again ask if I can have my hot sauces lady with glasses grabbed what ever h.sauces threw them in the bag without looking and walked away with "No"eye contact or apologie.finally wanted to wash my hands before leaving I ask for the code for the restroom.the same.worker who threw my sauces in my bag yelled out bathroom is outta order,I said can I use the another one which was the ladies room too was my hands same lady looked ticked off. Yesterday I went to go buy food for my kids to this location around 1:30pm and I told the cashier twice I didn't want tomatoes on my Nacho Bell grande, because my daughter doesn't like them, so after telling her a second time she realized that she didn't enter the no tomatoes for my Specific order, so she is calling the lady that's preparing the food and the lady ignored her, the cashier went to go tap on the ladies shoulder to tell her not to put tomatoes and the lady cook gave her a dirty look. So once I get home to feed my kids My order had a bunch of tomatoes on top it was exaggerating. I never had this issue before and I have been coming to this location for awhile now. Its sad that this days people can care so little about the way they prepare our food I can't even imagine what would happen if my daughter was allergic to tomatoes and she ate one by accident for eating...
