Please Read: I ordered 2 ribeye steaks medium well, assuming there were grilled, the waitress brought them out seared, one steak was under cooked & the other was well done Go figure that one out!
To makes things worse the presentation was horrible, a very fatty not marbled ugly looking ribeye steak in a large plain white dish very embarrassing,
Ordered baked potatoes & the waitress tells us the over is broken so no baked potatoes, so I got the Mac and cheese instead (premium side) so they charge extra, waitress brought out the Mac and cheese and it taste very sour,
We order chicken Alfredo for my daughter and they brought out grilled chicken on noodles no sauce,
There was so much wrong with the food I didn’t know how to complain about it I just paid my bill and didn’t say a word,
I told the waitress we need boxes to go and our check she looked at the table and was supprised cause the entire order was sitting on the table still we did t eat any of the food total waste,
She gave us four large boxes we filled up to take home, no joke I’m giving it to my dog she’s a husky her name is lady,
The manager and chef really need to improve cause this is an embarrassment to Outback who prides them selfs to be considered a steak house,
Oh ya, Forgot to mention my daughter wanted a dessert when we ordered it the waitress said that the kitchen is now closed and we can only order some cake so we ordered the butter cake & when they served it to us it was cold and looked like scrap pieces of cake,
I didn’t complain cause I was embarrassed to do so I hate returning food items when I’m out at restaurants makes me feel very uncomfortable and I don’t want anybody to think I was trying to get some free food,
Anyways To make things worse I can honestly say they had the dirtiest and most sticky floors I have ever seen in a restaurant, really gross!
You would think coming out of a 2 year plus pandemic they would be a bit more cleaner,
Things are tough now and inflation is high & $140 dollars down the drain Not cool outback’s !
PLEASE NOTE: I don’t mean to embarrass or shame anybody but this was a horrible experience and really needs some improvement,
Thank you...
Read moreThis would've been a 4 star review, I docked one star for them serving shrimp that was not fresh. Last time I visited an Outback Steakhouse must've been over 5 years ago. I was starving and the piping hot bread and butter was a godsend. Mom ordered grilled chicken ($18.49), all orders come with a choice of 2 sides, except the burger which gets one side order. So mom had the baked potato and clam chowder soup with her chicken. Son ordered the blooming burger with fries ($14.49). Since my sister got the sirloin with twisted ribs with sweet potato and house salad ($28.29), I ordered the sirloin with grilled shrimp ($24.99) with baked sweet potato and pecan blue cheese chopped salad ($2 extra). We also got the blooming onion ($10.99) to share. The blooming onion was a lot smaller than what I remember. That thing was gone in 5 minutes. Didn't matter that it was steaming hot. The twisted ribs were divine. Sirloin was ok, it needed a little bit more seasoning. The baked sweet potato was good. I thoroughly enjoyed my salad with the pecan crumbles. Those grilled shrimp were a disgrace. I could smell they weren't fresh as soon as the plate was served. I don't like wasting food but I didn't want to get food poisoning either. Should've let the server know instead of just pushing it to the side. My son saw the shrimp and popped one in his mouth before I could say something. Poor boy, he was totally grossed out. We didn’t get refunded for the shrimp as I decided not to complain about it. Should have though. For dessert we got the chocolate thunder ($7.99) and the chocolate tower cake ($9.99). Both were really good and took the nastiness of the shrimp away from our taste buds. The cake was a good sized slice that we had some left over to take home. Our server was nice and friendly. The restrooms were clean. Parking was adequate. Although the setup for the entrance is much...
Read moreSO we went here on Saturday 01/21/2023 place wasn't very busy and we were told by the lady at the front desk that it would be a 15 minute wait to be seated because they were short on servers.
So we finally get a booth and we sit ther for 20 minutes before our server got to us ( seriously felt sorry for him ) so we get our drinks, some bread and place our orders. I ordered the center cut sirloin with a lobster tail and my wife ordered the Prime Rib sandwich also a Blooming Onion to start.
It was strange because a food runner brought out the onion within a few minutes. Not surprisingly it was cold.( later the waiter said it was strange it came out so quickly and it was one that was just sitting there for awhile). So he brings us another( yes this one was hot and fresh ).
Our food finally comes out and it looked pretty good ( but looks can be deceiving ) Baked potatoe was just warm , steak was pretty good BUT when I removed the lobster tail from the shell I did soethiong I usually don't do but given the circumstances I turned the tail over and it was majorly undercooked, raw on the bottom. Yeah that couldn't make somene severly sick. I sent it back and just canceled it. The waiter was very apologetic ( again not his fault ) The cooks are obviously inept and don't care if they get people sick serving undercooked shellfish. I paid the bill of 52 dollars and tipped the waiter very well and told him we were sorry that he had to work in these conditions. He again said sorry and asked us to please come back.. Not gonna happen...
On a side not the place didn't seem as clean as it usually is, maybe they need a new GM that can straighten...
