I went back to this store because it’s the closest to me, and I needed to fix a problem that the employee Jose Martinez had caused. He gave me an appointment to return and fix everything. But when I got there, he went to the back and, after waiting over 15 minutes, I saw him come out. I thought he was walking toward me, so I told him I was here to follow up—and he just passed right by me and left. I asked another employee for help, and they said he went home sick for the day. I declined their help because Jose knew the problem, and I didn’t want to repeat everything again when it was his fault to begin with. So I asked when he would be working next and left. When I came back on the day he was supposed to be there, the employee went to get him and said he was in the back. I waited, the door opened, and Jose looked at me and I clearly heard him say, My God, this guy is back, to someone in the back before closing the door again. A minute later, he came out and said, “Sorry, I’m on lunch,” and just left. I asked to speak to the manager. I can’t remember his name, but when he came out, I explained everything to him. Instead of helping, he started questioning me like I had done something wrong. I was already frustrated at this point, but he said he’d speak to Jose and get back to me. He took my info and promised a call—which never happened. Then I started getting billed a crazy amount so I went back again and saw the manager on his phone. I stood there when he saw me walked straight to the back. I asked an employee to please call him back out. The employee returned and said, He’s in a meeting and will call you back. Of course, he never did. After fighting with customer care and speaking to a bunch of employees, everything was finally fixed. But I’ve already switched to another carrier. This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I’m pretty sure it’s a third-party store, because the service at this Bayonne location is absolute garbage....

This staff (extra appreciation to Jose, Jennifer, Zed, and the young man who was there late as well apologies I didn't get your name) worked with me over the past few days to restore access to my number that I've had for almost 11 years and thought I might lose. There was some anomalous issue that no one in T-mobile had been able to unravel and resolve until I came to this store. For hours on end, they patiently and diligently worked on this issue for me. They finally figured out and executed a methodology that resolved my painstaking issue, and I will be forever grateful to this team for their assistance.
