Ate There for the 1st time to just try it out and the overall experience was mid at best. the sandwich was not made how I had asked but I took it anyways. The sandwich it’s self was nothing fancy and In my opinion very low quality. I would even go as far to say that you can get a much better bargain from your local Deli’s pre-made selection. The bread was very dry like it had been sitting for a hot minute, the presentation was very lack luster not to mention when you are waiting for 15+ minutes you expect some type of WOW factor but instead what you end up with is Microwaved slop, not even toasted. Just slop. The customer service made me feel like this is a one and done, I am glad that I tried it for the experience of new places to eat In Bentonville but Lenny's is nothing to brag about.
