Starbucks — Restaurant in Bentonville

My husband went to get me a med Frappuccino 2 shots of Espresso on the bottom and 2 shots on the side they gave him coffee I called him and the guy wouldn't even offer his name very RUDE and was trying too argue with me I wasn't born yesterday I know the difference between coffee and Espresso you can't drink Espresso by it's self it's nasty it was coffee I unable to go my self do too my health I said he would bring it back no the only thing I could do is have you call my manager really I'm unable tooooo even give it a strar heck I can go too Mc Donald's a get a large and it's taste and a heck of a lot cheaper it's my husband don't like McDonald's so sad too take advantage of the Elderly shame on you what ever your name is it was Friday June 27th around 5:15 he didn't even give him a receipt he paid 12 dollars for a Damm medium I really don't care about the price but he didn't get what he paid for pretty sad I unable tooooo even give them a star from a Elderly woman shame on you taking advantage of an Elderly man who doesn't know too check...

I come here everyday (sad to say) and the staff here is absolutely amazing. Becca who works drive thru in the morning is always so friendly and sweet every morning, even when they are busy. It is great to always see her with a smile on her face! Stacy (I don't know if I am spelling this right) the manager is great also! When he greets me through the intercom every morning he is always so friendly and always puts a smile on my face. Also in the afternoon (some times I come more than once which is also sad to say) I don't know his name but he is a younger man with blonde hair and I believe an accent of some sort; he is wonderful also! This is my favorite stop for coffee and sandwiches. Thank you guys for your awesome...

I am not from this area (Foreign Inhabitant) and at my local store I regularly order The Cake Pop. I was in the area and visited this location. When I walked in the store dressed in my The Cake Pop attire, the employees all stared at me. I was already feeling uncomfortable but I meagerly approached the counter. I started to ask for my usual The Cake Pop but the employee cut me off and started repeating what I said in a mocking tone. The employee kept saying "huh! huh!" and I couldn't get a word in. They threw a The Cake Pop at my head as I ran out the door. The Cake Pop was exquisite. I highly recommend this location despite their treatment of The Cake Pop...
