02222024 have been getting in here two or three times a week lately, everything is great. Staff does what you asked them to do. Ask them to add oleata to a Dopio Compana and they said "OK". This is a typical Starbucks store newer drive through system was installed and upgrades to the store. But I still feel when you order something through drive-through or mobile order and you just sit there and no one even acknowledges that you’re at the window most of the time plus some people that work there are a little unnerving.

Adding on to my review. Today stopped in for the usual flat white girl didn’t even know where my order was supposed to go in the back room and look at her phone came out blew her nose, proceeded to open up a napkin. Look at it use your finger to Rub her nose after just wiping it did not go wash your hands and proceeded to make my drink. That is disgusting and a clear lack of personal hygiene and I’m sure it lacks in work hygiene to him. 6:43 PM 9/1/2024 - How long does it take to make two Venti Caramel Frappuccinos?? ... apparently the answer is all evening or at least 30 minutes! I walked into this location to order the above and there were three others sitting in the store waiting for their beverages to be made. The drive-thru was minimally busy. After my order was taken the male employee decided it was time to empty the trash. While we were all waiting for our orders and the drive-thru was still being served. The barista making the beverages was obviously in over her head and could not keep up with the few orders that came in. After waiting 30 minutes for my Venti Caramel Frappuccinos to be made, they were incorrect there was no caramel topping and very minimal whipped cream.
