I called the Brea location to ask for the manager, Carolina, as I had spoken to her just a week before about getting me a copy of the original invoice, but Gladys told me Carolina was not available as she was helping another guest. To give you a bit of context, I had previously spoken with her wonderful manager, Carolina, who had been incredibly helpful just a week prior. I wanted to get a copy of the original invoice and some information on the type of ring I had given that I had misplaced my initial paperwork. When I explained my needs to Gladys, she took the time to verify my identity and the details of my ring purchase, which had occurred on a specific date. This attention to detail immediately put me at ease, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to providing top-notch service. What truly sets Gladys apart is her willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty. Not only did she willingly help me find the information I needed, but she also went the extra mile by sending me screenshots of the receipt from the day of my purchase using her personal cell phone. This level of dedication and thoroughness is rare in customer service today, and I was genuinely impressed. In contrast, I had a bad experience with the Chino location, as they were unwilling to assist me with the exact requests two days prior, despite purchasing the ring from their store. This sharp contrast in service only further emphasizes the exceptional quality of service I received at the Brea location. I want to express my sincere appreciation to Gladys, Carolina, and the team at the Brea location, as I'm sure everyone there would treat me the same, given what I have experienced. Read moreI want to specify that this would be a five star review, given that my fiancè and I had received amazing service while picking out our rings. However when going to pick up our rings we were treated like a nuisance, and rather unkindly. It may have been because we look young and we’re dressed casual? I’m not sure, but while asking to pick up our engagement rings he asked for the receipt (which we had forgotten at home which is our fault). To which he suggested we give him our id(s) so he can check the back. Which was very nice at first, until he brought out my rings only, claiming we didn’t have any other ones (my fiancès). Then pushed my rings towards me without offering a box or any protection for it. We ended up running him and grabbing the receipt to bring it back. My fiancè also found the shipping email saying that his ring specifically was ready for pick up. So we go back and a very nice woman ends up finding his ring immediately while he stands back watching.
Wedding stuff is stressful as is and being made to feel small was just an unpleasant experience, if you do go here it seems most of the people are very kind, except for him. Read moreI have been going to Jared Jewelers in SOUTH COAST for all my jewelry needs. I happen to be in the area of Brea & stopped by this location. Regret walking in the doors. I went to get my engagement ring resized, and on a Tuesday afternoon, my fiance and I were told it would be ready by Saturday LATEST. The promised date was Saturday. Saturday came around, and my fiance was not called about it being ready or for an update. And this isn’t a cheap $200 ring; this is an over $10,000.00 ring. When my fiance calls, he is told it will be ready on Sunday. When Sunday comes, no one calls him. My fiance called again on Sunday and was told that the SERVICE AND REPAIR ARE NOT IN TODAY. So if the Services & Repair are not in on SUNDAYS, WHY WAS HE TOLD ON SATURDAY THAT IT WOULD BE READY SUNDAY!! Sunday, he was told it would be ready on Monday. When Monday comes around, no one calls to update us on the ring six days later and two days after the promised date. When my fiance calls for an update, they sound annoyed and bothered over the phone. He is told that it will be ready for pickup at midday. That will be my last time going to Jared Jewelers in Brea. 0/5.
