Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Brick Township

After waiting so long for Ross to come to town n the long awaited opening day I must say I was very disappointed. First the aisles were too crowded with racks being too close to one another not allowing a proper flow to get through. Only one cart in the aisles at a time which is awful planning. Second the store is smaller then expected n didn’t have a decent size home decor section which Ross is known to have great home decor finds especially seasonal items. I don’t see the room for much of it. Too many cloths racks n too congested. I feel the planning of the layout n selection of home items was lacking n poorly executed (not well thought out). I hope something changes and they bring in more home decor finds n home essentials bc I was very disappointed. I guess I’ll have to keep driving to Hamilton from time to time to find great home decor finds especially seasonal finds. We shall see how the new Ross in Brick evolves over time. If it stays like this it won’t look good for Ross in Brick. They have to realize they have a lot of competition all around them when it comes to home decor. So Carrie apparently manager said absolutely No outside drinks because people Saturday she had 3 spills and even tho it’s not a Ross rule she wants to make it her rule. She’ll be telling her security guards to not let people inside with the drinks she sees no reason why people will be drinking coffee and shopping very rude bad customer service and trying to make her “own rules “ can’t imagine how she is with employees, hopefully corporate will see this and address this issue so no major accidents happen...

i’m really excited to finally have a ross so close to home but i’m really hoping they move everything around because the aisles were all crowded together and there was only room for one person in the aisle, we were pushed out of aisles while looking at stuff so other people could get through. i know it was insanely busy due to it being opening day and i’m sure they expected it to be packed as well so i’m hoping with how today went they will rearrange the floor a bit to be...
