From the moment you walk into Cookie Crumble, you’re transported into a cozy, indulgent world where the scent of warm, freshly baked cookies wraps around you like a hug. Every detail of this place — from its inviting decor to the thoughtfully crafted menu — feels like it was made with love and obsession for the perfect cookie.
I’ve tried cookie spots all over, but Cookie Crumble stands in a league of its own. The texture of their cookies is perfection: crispy on the edges, warm and gooey in the center, with a melt-in-your-mouth softness that feels like magic. Each bite is packed with rich, bold flavors that taste homemade but elevated — like something your favorite chef would make if they specialized in comfort food.
Their classic chocolate chip is a must — the kind of cookie that makes you close your eyes and savor the moment. But don’t stop there: the red velvet stuffed with cream cheese filling is a showstopper, and the s’mores cookie (with a toasted marshmallow and melty chocolate center) made me feel like a kid again. Even their vegan and gluten-free options are shockingly delicious — you’d never guess they were anything but decadent.
What really sets Cookie Crumble apart is the attention to quality. You can tell every ingredient is top-tier: real butter, high-quality chocolate, just the right amount of sea salt. They don’t cut corners. And the staff? Incredibly friendly and passionate about what they do — happy to offer recommendations or even warm up your cookie for that perfect just-out-of-the-oven experience.
Cookie Crumble isn’t just a dessert shop. It’s a little pocket of joy in the middle of your day. Whether you’re celebrating something special or just need a pick-me-up, trust me: this place delivers. Five stars isn’t enough.

What frustrates me is every single time I've come in since the business has opened, is the employees never seem to forget to ask for a tip, but they always can be conveniently forget to ask to input my rewards. I work in a corporate office and I buy cookies for the girls I work with. So I do spend a decent amount of money here so I like to save my points for future purposes... But I left here today after providing my debit card asking why I wasn't asked for my loyalty information and the girl says whoops I forgot.
So you don't forget to ask for a tip every single time, but you seem to bypass the loyalty information every single time I step through the door?
And I tipped today... Kind of upset. I know it's not that huge of a deal, but when you spend a lot of money and you really enjoy going somewhere, it's good to gain some benefits from a reward program that is offered.
Maybe take the time out to train the young employees to ask the simple question before asking for a tip that is not deserved.
Moving forward I will not be tipping unless someone asks for my loyalty information... I don't mean to be rude just being up front.
Thank you for always making incredible...
Read moreLove Crumbl and have been a loyal (almost weekly) customer since they opened in NJ. So as for the cookies, they are delicious. If you like soft baked cookies then this it! This location is closer to us than the Ocean one but surely is hit or miss. You have to check the cookies before you leave. Multiple times they have forgotten toppings and even ingredients that are supposed to be in the cookie. One week we ordered 5 chocolate cookies & cream cookies (because they are my favorite) and one fried ice cream cookie to try. My husband picked it up and didn’t know better but when I opened the box, the chocolate cookies and cream cookies were missing the white chocolate chips. That’s a main ingredient in this particular cookie! It was wild! And then we found a white hair/thread (I still don’t know what it was) in the fried ice cream cookie as soon as we broke it in half. This is just one example on one visit. The staff replaced the cookies but barely apologized. It was weird. They were kind of looking at us like we did something wrong. The manager looked like a young kid and clearly had no customer service skills. Needless to say, it hasn’t stopped us from going back but with how expensive these cookies are AND the fact they are always looking for a tip, then the quality control has to be stepped...
