I bought a bracelet with charms 4 months ago and I took it into the store. It was in James Avery in Brownsville Texas off the expressway the lady that assist me told me that the jewelry was only good for six months warranty.I paid a good amount for this bracelet and one of the charms came off the bracelet like it wasn’t soldered correctly in the bracelet. Pandora has warranty unlimited no questions asked when something happens and I can’t believe they could not help me without just starting how much they would charge to send it out and to get it done sorry. The store was clean and the jewelry was displayed in a manner that was not overwhelming to my senses.
