Whataburger — Restaurant in Brownsville

I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had in whataburger, me and my family were already in a rush to leave town so we decided to stop for fast food which led us to whataburger, we took our 2 separate orders and waited in line for 5 min then 10, then 15, then 20, and at this point it became apparent there was something wrong, once we got to the window we received the first order which they had shorten us on fries, after receiving the first order we had to wait even longer for the second order, once we received the second I ask why it took so long and the boy at the window said the order was ready but no one told him, I mind you this whole time i did not see one manager to apologize for this inconvenience, not only that but the food came out cool not even warm,they seemed to be all over the place even though it was 5 pm a peak hour where they should be staffed. When you pay for something you should expect a certain level of service which we unfortunately did...

Food was good, like always, it's Whataburger. But when I was ordering my food the cashier was not paying attention and talking to the customer behind me. I thought not much of it and assumed that the lady would get my order correct. I paid. I sat down and waited for my food. The food took more than 20 minutes to arrive to me and once it did, they had given me the incorrect order. I checked the receipt and the lady had placed the incorrect order on my receipt. They brought me what i originally wanted which is great. The food was good. Although this occurred, while I was waiting for my food a man enters with a dog, a big husky and walks around with this dog, the Whataburger employees did not mention to him that this is a restuarant and should not allow dogs into a place that serves food. Very bad service and attitude i waste 30 min tired from work to pick up a burger order on app online then arrive at the place 20 mins of line on drive tru then the lady say that is not the address on my order i ask can you helpme to cancel the order on other place and make i new order here and say i can't cancel from here the other order and need a make a line again to make a new order mmmm thanks but no thanks i spend 30 mins on the line at 1 am make another 30 mins on the line to get another order and wait another 20 mins for get the order like a 2 am after coming of work tired and very sleepy no thanks honestly i living and get the first place on my way jack in the box spend double but i purchase another combo hamburger and in 10 minutes i get the order and arrive to home finally i take a dinner like a 1:45am Sad for whataburguer lost one very...
