Starbucks — Restaurant in California

I was actually really disappointed with the service at this location. There was a blonde male, and a female with long dark hair that were working the kiosk together. They ignored me for about 5 min even though ahead of me was only an iced tea and pastry. Finally the girl takes my order. I asked if they have smores frap and she said no so I ordered two venti peppermint mocha fraps, one DAIRY FREE. When the guy is making them, he makes an iced peppermint mocha. I told him they were both blended. He started over and didn't make a dairy free one at all. So I point it out and he starts to replace one BUT he used the dairy-labeled blender (cross contamination) and PUT WHIP ON IT. I got so fed up that I left and gave away my drink. At least my boyfriend got something he liked. On top of that, there was nothing stocked (the lady with the iced tea wanted half and half and there was no sugar or anything either) and everything was a mess. Coffee spills, trash lying around. The atmosphere felt less than comforting and borderline hostile with all the political statements in every corner of the facility. Unable to just sit and relax without statement "vibes" and apprehensive glances from the fully-masked populace of consumers inside... I took my un-masked smile and "thanks yous" outside and ate in my car. Really wish public companies (SB is not private - note stock shares) would leave the divisiveness to politicians and not bring loud statements into their cafe atmosphere - the folks just want to sit unharassed/guilted and ENJOY their 5 minutes of coffee sipping solitude. From a "dinosaur" millennial to Gen Z, just your consumer's 2 cents.
