Being someone that has been in the fitness industry as a career and attended many different fitness facilities, I felt like I couldn't find the right place for me. Game Changer is the perfect name for this training program for those over 40! I love that I have a personal trainer (Vic) working with just a handful group. I still receive personalised sessions tailored to my needs. Vic will modify the exercises for any injuries or pain areas you may have. She is very positive and encouraging. I love that I don’t have to think about what to do- Vic shows me exactly what I need to do and I do it- it’s hard work but when I’m done it feels good! As an older mother of 3, I never loved working out but know how important it is. I've spent my life making excuses and avoiding it as much as possible. Once I met Victoria and started working out with her, I am doing better than I ever have. Being over 50 and overweight makes it very hard but Victoria makes it very easy for me to leave the house 2-3 times a week. I never thought it would be possible.
