Well we've been staying at the Abby Resort in Fontana for well over 25 years. Been through and seen many many changes. So far this has been the worst. And for the last 15 years and more we have been consistently attending New Year's Eve there. Starting with New Year's in January... the worst New Year's Eve we've ever attended there there were just a handful of guests and the worst food ever. If this keeps up we will never ever go back. The entire crew of management has just about quit. Thank God there are a few employees left there. They have closed down the entire Waterfront restaurant. There is no staff left to run the restaurants. We just spent eight nights there for Easter in our devastated for what we saw. What is happening? What has this management company done to my favorite Resort? Even the gift shop didn't stay open there is no guests or employees there. I'm sure the weekends are still going to be busy and now the summer months. But what about the rest of the year? The praising has skyrocketing it also.
