Let me start with I’m aware Starbucks charges for additional additions. When I first started coming to this Starbucks I would order my drink and say to them, I understand you have to charge me for the additional half and half I’m asking for and every single TIME someone would argue with me, “oh it’s okay” “that’s not necessary” etc etc...I ask for a bit more than normal so I ASK to be charged for it. Consistently I would make that request and consistently they would “argue” with me about it. It’s annoying and frustrating, to say the very least, so I stopped having THAT discussion and starting just ordering it on the app. 3 years later, TODAY I went in to pick up my mobile order(where extra half and half is an option on the mobile app)and was told VERY LOUDLY, if I wanted EXTRA half and half I would have to pay for it!! Like I’m trying to get out of paying for it! The app doesn’t charge for it, and if it did I would STILL order it that way! I have zero problems paying for what I want! What I have a problem with is the inconsistencies, and being LOUDLY told I have to pay for something...I’ve tried to pay for multiple times!! This Starbucks is the rudest, loudest and non-welcoming Starbucks I’ve EVER been to, and I’ve have literally been to Starbucks all over the country from Washington State to Virginia Beach! At NO time have I ever witnessed the standards that Starbucks works to instill in their partners EVER being used! Read moreWow this place has really gone downhill. Live less than a mile from this location and would spend at least $100 a month there. The drive-thru is hideous and impedes traffic in front of other stores blocking other customers in so you cannot get out. I have recently waited over 45 minutes in the Drive-Thru with only five cars in front of me. Went into the store on 4/12/20-25. Due to the long line in the Drive-Thru to buy my drinks and you cannot find a more unappealing atmosphere. They took out all the seating, you can't even go to the bathroom, cut the store in half by a wall. The store was absolutely filthy and it was only 1:00 in the afternoon. Food and dirt all over the floors. They're prepping area was absolutely disgusting as well. There was four employees in there and none of them greeted us at all. Stood there for 5 minutes. And every time I've got a drink lately it's been disgusting. Starbucks you better get it together. From now on all my money goes to Dunkin and Dutch Brothers. Really disappointed in this location. If this is how your product and cleanliness of your store is the manager needs to be let go immediately as well as your district manager. Bye Bye Starbucks. Read moreI loved the old setup way better. I didn't even know this place updated because I moved but I used to come here every single morning before work. There's absolutely no place to sit or use the bathroom even if you wanted to. Everyone just stands around and wait for their order now. The spot that you order is probably as big as a small kitchen ridiculously small.
I walked up to the desk and absolutely no one took my order I stood there for 5 minutes and looked like an idiot. So, I got back in my car and went through the drive-thru. They got my order wrong and gave me an iced coffee (mostly ice) hardly no coffee (I ordered a hot coffee) and I got a breakfast sandwich in the whole thing was just thrown in the bag. The cheese was at the bottom on the bag and nothing was together.
I called to ask if they could just refund me and said they couldn't that I'd have to turn around and walk back in the store but I was already on my way to work that's the whole point of fast service. I told her about my horrible experience and she said yeah well we were busy and didn't have a lot of staff. Hahah who talks to a customer like that?!
I paid $11.45 for a coffee I didn't want that was mostly water and a throw-in-bag sandwich that I ended up having to throw out because I didn't want to eat some of the paper. I use to love this place but it's definitely updated but not a good way...
