Rainbow Shops — Local services in Clarksville

On Sunday 4/24/2021 between 3-4pm I was shopping at the Ft Campbell Rainbow in Clarksville Tn. I was in the store for an hour and at checkout I was told a total of 4 times that the earrings that I was purchasing was a final sell. I told the cashier I understand and I have never returned anything and I would never return earrings after I wore them she proceeded to argue with me. I told her all want to do is check out. She kept talking then I asked for the manager. The manager instead of diffusing the situation added while her employee started threatening me and calling me obscenities. I asked again and again yo check out so I can leave she finally said I cannot purchase my items and another employee came up and told her to call the police. I never got to purchase my items after an hour of me being in the store. I was verbally abuse by both employees and the manager. I never raised my voice. I am so disappointed because I shop here frequently and feel I was treated poorly. When it was not warranted. Every employee in that store include the manager was out of line. This is beyond training. The young lady threatened to put her hands on me and called me obscenities in front of the manager. They were the ones yelling and being belligerent yet they even threatened to call the police when they’re the ones that were being aggressive. I simply wanted to purchase my items and...

At the Governers Square Mall in Clarksville tn. Waiting for my sister to try on clothes for her engagement photoshoot. No idea anything was wrong. The staff ran to the back and herded all customers into the changing rooms: a man in the mall had a gun. They immediately pulled the grate down over the store and ensured our safety before the general alarm went off. They waited for the all clear and made sure the minors in the store were able to contact family in order to get home safely. The actions of the staff to make sure of our safety combined with the great selection and prices ensure that Rainbow is now one of my favorite stores. I'll definitely be shopping...

Very rude unhelpful staff that’s all I can say about this store @ Fort Campbell! The one inside Governors mall are more nicer staff! But every time I come in here that girl is always there and she looks like she always miserable won’t even smile or greet the customers. And if you need a fitting room. She always have an attitude like she doesn’t want to help at all! Takes forever for all the staff to help someone to get a fitting room. But I’m not sure if she is the manager but if she is... Rainbow needs a new one for sure! I’m just sharing my experience because I been shopping there for years. This review might help the company to fix the problem...
