One time when I went, I saw the staff mess up multiple orders. This one lady had asked for a Taco with beef and only no cheese or lettuce . They gave her a taco with beef lettuce and cheese. She comes back in and says that she needs it fixed because her son won’t eat cheese so when they fixed it, they gave her a taco with only lettuce and cheese then after that, they finally fixed it after she made a big issue out of it rightfully so The most recent time I went I am in the drive-through and I say I want three number sixes to with Pepsi one with a mango tea no ice for all of them and then a Chalupa, then she asked if that’s all I say yes, she tells me my total then I drive up to the window and have my passenger look at the food because of the other incident of them messing it up they got the entire order wrong to which I looked back at the window waiting for them to look back at me to see that there’s an issue and then I told the one lady that the order was wrong then she goes and talks to another lady who talks to a man who comes up to the window, asking what’s wrong and we say that we ordered three number sixes not the burritos in the bag and then he tells them what we say and then they ask for the bag they handed us back we didn’t need that food because it was incorrect but they didn’t throw it away I’m pretty sure that’s a health code violation anyway especially after Covid but then another lady comes to the window saying that we order three number threes and we reply with no we ordered three number sixes and she goes so when you looked on the screen after she asked, if everything was correct, you didn’t see that it was wrong to which we replied with she didn’t ask us if everything was correct for one and we saw that it said beef, so we assume that it was correct then the lady try to make it out to be our fault that they messed up the order then she’s talking very loudly to the other employees with the window shy but if you’re screaming, anybody can hear then the one who took the order, was giving a stank face to me and when they finally gave us the correct order she opens up the window, holds open the bag and says three number sixes in the most snarky b** way and rolled her eyes absolutely disgusting staff and disgusting attitudes never ever going here again and recommend no one ever goes there unless they want the same situation to...
Read moreFood: not many problems with the food itself, occasional lazily made burrito that its already unrolled when you unroll the packaging tho (etc).
However, service is regularly awful here, I only still put up with it because it's close to home. Various incidents include, but are not limited to: Managers instructing workers to not perform substitutions on a side item close to closing time (an hour and 15 before close) Refusing multiple delivery drivers with no reason, only to tell the last we refuse to make your order because it's not on our screen, despite me alr paying the delivery company, and the fact that they will still get paid for it by the driver. Once the window worker told me that his manager instructed him to cut corners close to close, being no grilled cheese on a grilled cheese burrito, also over and hour before close Telling us they were out of blue ras freeze, only for us to watch them make one for another order while we were at the window. They are incredibly often out of more than one thing on orders, to the point that it's honestly inexcusable. Whoever handles shipments for this location needs to be either reevaluated as an employee, or retrained from the ground up.
Until/unless they get a full restaff and/or MUCH better management, highly do not recommend this location, no matter the circumstance. Worst in the city. If you're on its side of town, make the extra drive to the riverside one, never had an issue with them...
Read moreFirst of all! The only reason I came to Taco Bell and called taco bell my favorite fast food stop is cause of the nacho fries. I used to get them, the sauce was still hot and sometimes you had really good ones which were super crunchy. Today I wanted to stop for this experience again but I had to Shockly recognize that you guys don’t have nacho fries anymore. This is so foolish. So with some tears in my eyes I bought a bean burrito and had to go to the Wendy’s across the street to get me some fries. The bean burrito tasted, smelled and had the texture of puke. I’m really disappointed and Taco Bell is definitely not my first choice anymore as long as you guys don’t sell nacho fries anymore. I don’t even know why you have to play with the emotions of your customers so bad, if you guys are too poor get over it and scratch out some of your gross tacos instead. From now on I’m going to the Wendy’s across the street cause I can’t deal with this disappointment no longer. I hope someone opens your eyes soon. This is just ridiculous. I started crying when I found out and I’m still fighting with my tears when I think about not being able...
